Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment with good-sized balcony for dining and relaxing.
This apartment also has 2 swimming pools, including a childrens pool. Situated on the highest point of the La Manga strip with views from the apartment of both the Mar Menor and the Mediteranean.
The apt is located to make full use of all the water sports available on the strip with wind surfing,canoeing and the latest craze kitesurfing available just a 5 min walk away.
The best Italian restaurant on the strip is just a walk away Rembrandts is very popular and well worth a visit.Market stalls will keep you busy browsing while you wait for your table.
The very popular La Manga club is a short drive away one can play golf , tennis or just take a walk around this large complex.
If you are into cycling then you will enjoy the cycle up and down the 20 km long strip on the cycle lanes.

Response from the owner Luis,... we appreciate your feedback and are always willing to take on board reasonable requests. I think if you are booking a holiday home in future you should read what is available to you. We never stated we had air conditioning available however when you notified us to say your children could not sleep because of the heat We bought at much expense an air conditioner. It was an exceptionally hot summer in La Manga,so I can imagine it was difficult with children.The caretakers of our property went out of their way to sssist you and deal with your requests. I wish you all the best in your future holidays.

“Par Excellence !!”
My friend and I decided to have a winter break in October; la Manga looked like a sunny safe option. We flew into Alicante and hired a car; I found the driving a little long but very comfortable as the road system seems to be very good on the coast. We arrived at Aldea Real late at night -we could not believe that the apartment had all the amenities that it had -down to coffee pot and perculator (I love coffee in morning) and the view from the balcony was just breath-taking. The apartment was so spacious, clean and comfortable we felt as if we had two separate apartments. Great location -pubs and eateries withing walking distance. We also got the ferry over to Lo Pagan to visit and part take in the natural mud baths and visited the beautiful historic Cartagena -did not like leaving there seemed to be much more to do and we did not have the time -would stay again most definitely.

“This apartment and location was so relaxing,a stress buster.”
Our trip to La Manga was without hassle.We flew into Murcia San Javier,a small and friendly airport.Hired a car without any bother ,drove the short distance to the apartment and were so pleasantly surprised with the location..........The deep blue Mediterranean on one side and the turquoise Mar Menor on the other.The Med was a delight to swim in and the Mar Menor was so safe and at a depth that small children can have such great fun in..we hired kayaks and went to the island .The apartment has every convenience for a self catering stay ,the kitchen is very well equipped .We ate out on the balcony every mealtime ,except when we ate out....... there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from on the strip,and close by.The beds were comfy and the rooms cool.Also just ten minutes away is a lovely park with tennis raquet ball, and lots of amusements for the children ,with a friendly bar where the adults can relax whilst the children are entertained,and all for a few euro.brilliant!.......We will be going back .
