Description

Casa Irusta is a beautiful 3-floor, private home located in the unique Bohemian neighborhood of Sopocachi.

The 1st floor features a large living area with wood burning fireplace, a separate dining room, two kitchens (indoor and outdoor), a guest bathroom and a lovely, serene garden. Our guests have free usage of all the 1st floor spaces.

We are offering comfortable sleeping accommodations on the 2nd floor - which consists of 3 spacious bedrooms and one 1 additional, private guest bath.

Each room in the home features very comfortable beds, a desk and an electrical heater, therefore providing a warm and cozy space for you to rest in.

There is a a lot of privacy as all windows look out into beautiful trees and flowers and each room gets plenty of natural sunlight.

The master bedroom comes complete with a king bed and has a private balcony.

The second guest room has 2 invididual beds.

The third guest room has 1 twin bed.

The first guest bathroom has a big tub and heater, perfect for families with children.

The 2nd guest bathroom has a shower.

There is hot water and wi-fi service 24 hours a day.

We are also offering a simple breakfast that includes bread, butter, jam, cheese, milk, coffee, tea and juice.

On sunny days, the best place to enjoy your breakfast is our garden!

1. In addition to the cozy accommodations, we have a gorgeous space - in the home - dedicated to therapies such as Thai Yoga Massage, Prema Birthing Energetic Healing Modality and Aromatherapy.

2. TRADICIONAL MEDICINE RETREATS

We are involved with and learning about the traditional medicine and master plants of Bolivia.

We have participated in sacred ceremonies for years now and work with two wonderful Aymara healers here in La Paz.

Getting around

Sopocachi is very centrally located - which means you can walk to a lot of the main attractions in the center or take public transportation to just anywhere in the city for only 2.50 Bs. Of course, there are several taxi companies you can call and have a safe, reliable cab at the door in less than 5 minutes.

Interaction with guest

We live on the 3rd floor of the home and we will make sure to give you a lot of privacy. We also have a very nice and very friendly labrador named Blanca. She is great with children and will make you smile.

We live on the 3rd floor of the home and we will make sure to give you a lot of privacy. We also have a very nice and very friendly labrador named Blanca.

Check in is anytime after 12PM
Quiet hours start at 11pm. We do understand that you may want to have a barbecue or spend some time by the fireplace until late and that is fine, but please be respectful.
Please note that you are responsible for any major damages incurred, though we are sure you will love and care for our home as we do.
