In house ''Frata'' you will spend unforgettable moments of your vacation!
This beautiful family house is located in a small Istrian village of Presika (Old town Labin) near Labin. In a peaceful setting and surrounded by beautiful nature, the house was completely remodeled in 2011.
Backyard (300 m²) is perfect for children's games, relaxing , entertainment or barbecuing.
The house has two bedrooms and one folding sofa (4+2), one bathroom, kitchen and dining room. The interior is fully equipped with all appliances and necessary cooking utensils, plates, etc.
There is a terrace in front of the house. The most beautiful Istrian beaches located in Rabac, Prtlog, Sveta Marina or Ravni are within 5-10 minutes car drive from the house.
This rental unit is a private house and will be exclusively yours.
It offers a great location nearby the beautiful sea, places full of nature, historical sights, and amazing food.
In the vicinity there are plenty of small stores and food markets with fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, meat... and for gourmets there are lots of restaurants and rustic taverns that offer traditional Istrian dishes, Istrian wine and olive oil.
This can be your destination for both romantic and active vacation. The house is less than one hour drive from each larger Istrian town, like Pula, Pazin, Opatija, Rovinj or Poreč.
If you are an art lover, we recommend a visit to the picturesque Old town Labin and numerous art galleries.
