Description
Great 2 bedroom newly renovated private pool villa near prestigious Lamai beach (just few mins walk). Also famous Baunti-like Silver Beach is just about 2 km away. There are only 4 villas around and the atmosphere of serenity is here. But the buzzling life with shopping and restaurants is just in few steps.
Welcome and take your children with you.
The Villa of 200 sq.meters has 2 bedrooms both air conditioned on the 2nd floor each with double bed and private bathroom. The Master bedroom has also a big bath tube.
An open studio space with kitchen and living room is on the first floor overlooking the private 3x6 meters private pool, max depth - 160 cm.
You can enjoy the pool swim even at night as the pool light is on in the evening.
The garden is opposite the pool and has 2 modern sunbeds and outdoor shower.
The territory is fenced. Please keep the fence doors locked.
Green surroundings and jungles, serenity, but still near the buzzy area to feel the island spirit which is so near. To get to the nearest beach of Lamai will take you about 15 mins walk or 3 mins ride on a bike.
By Sundays the Lamai area starting 6PM near the wet market and to the beach side on the main street of Lamai is becoming a Night Market with all the food, cooks, fruites, beverages, souvenirs, shopping and performances. You can try everything for a very chep prices. Don't forget to keep your stomack empty bofore going there as there are too many food to try.
The night market and main street of Lamai is just in 10 mins walk or 2 mins bike ride.
The Lamai Walking street with bars, clubs and shoppes is in 5 mins bike ride.
The Chaweng Walking Street is in 10-15 mins bike ride. You can go there to enjoy huge shopping. The Festival Mall or in small boutiques along the walking street are the best choises. Or go there just to dance in the famous clubs and to have fun at the Cabaret shows.
