Description

This Beautiful villa has just under gone extensive Renovation We have decided to change the top floor villa lay out. It now boast of a brand new large kitchen, fully high range up to date. With a great open space lay out, with centre Island and breakfast bar.

Out side the front and side terrace has both been extended to make for a great new space which is uncluttered. The 5 sun beds have now loads of space.

The front sea view terrace has also been extended out with new hi class decking. There are two great seating tables over looking the stunning views of the reef and jungle canopy.

This property is spacious and airy, with loads of day light making it feels really homely. It is furnished to a highest standard in a traditional but cosy style, with a comfortable and luxury furnishing. High class Thai villa with stunning sea views, just five minutes from the beach. Private pool and Jacuzzi on the balcony for al fresco dining and barbecue’s. Ideal for both large families, large groups or honey moon couple in this romantic setting.

The lower floor two bedroom apartment we have new small kitchen. New pool table, steam room and new Mui Thai kick boxing area. Private trainer available.

The front terrace is shaded ideal for relaxing and breakfast with stunning sea views.

The villa consists of a master bedroom; it is equipped with king size bed and decorated in contemporary Thai style, with on suite bathroom.The top floor villa has spacious open plan Living, Dining, Kitchen, with sliding door access to side sun terrace (60 Sq M), and separate sliding door access to rear & the beautiful private pool, with steps into a shallow section. The living area has a 70' 4G TV, with tv channel box in 6 language channels also full sports channels.

In the Kitchen, there is a beautiful fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, eye level oven and microwave, large fridge freezer and all the utensils. Dish washer. • Large infinity swimming pool and great jacuzzi with fantastic ocean views.• Sun beds on terrace with gas barbecue • Walled in garden area• Car Port• Personal Cloths washing and ironing.

Getting around

A car or motorbike is recommended as the villa is on the hill side. You can walk to the ring road where Baht buses operate. hire car can be arranged at competitive price.

Interaction with guest

You will be met by our receptionist at the villa. There will be complimentary water, fruit, soft drinks, (Beer if requested) If guest require groceries for there stay they can order in advance. We normally drop guest down to a large Tesco in Lamia on their first day.

“Outstanding !!”

It was an amazing place to spend a lovely getaway with the family. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone staying here. Rob was extremely hospitalable having complimentary beers upon arrival along with fresh fruit. Joanne the house keeper was unbelievable. The place was in pristine condition with an amazing pool and spa. Great place great people absolutely loved it. Definitely staying here when we come back !
