I am representing the actual Management Company of this villa via 'Luxury Villas & Homes' and it was very nice to hear the positives comments such as the Villa was amazing and the service was attentive from our staff. We are very proud of the villa staff and I will pass on your compliments - thank you. In regards to the undisclosed fees that you mentioned. I am very sorry to hear this and of course all fees should be shown at the time of booking via the reservations including all Term & Conditions, Rates and Fees. In this case as you did not book through us directly but instead through the Agent mentioned we and the Villa were not aware of your situation beforehand. As we ask all Rates, Fees to be disclosed on all booking form confirmations at the time by Agents. Rest assured we will discuss this further with them and we will ask for their response to us to clarify and to ensure this doesn't happen again.
