Description
IDEAL FOR 2 FAMILIES.
The villa is ideal for a special birthday... an anniversary party or a family holiday. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very spacious with air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The pool is private, heated to a lovely temperature, with walk in steps and a shallow end which is perfect for young children and for non swimmers; the entrance to the swimming pool is gated to keep the little ones out. It also has a built in BBQ and a lush hot tub which seats 7, 10 sun beds, sun umbrellas and lovely outdoor furniture. The pool and hot tub will be cleaned during your stay. On the lower terrace is a pool table and more seating.
Inside the villa is a 50" LCD TV which shows all the latest films and all UK channels, sports channels and children's programmes, Internet, Bluetooth speakers. 2 hairdryers, bath and pool towels are also provided. A fully equipped kitchen so you have the option of eating in if you want to, however there are lots of great restaurants in the town, I will send you a list when you book.
Only an 8 min drive/20 min walk to the beach, pack a cool-box with a picnic and plenty of drinks: you won't want to move once you get there, Playa Dorada is a lovely man made beach. If you decide not to hire a car, taxis are readily available and are very very cheap. Book now and look forward to Sunshine, Blue Skies and Beautiful Beaches.
We also have another villa (Villa Lottie) of the same standard (5 bedrooms) available in the same location should you require two villas or if this one is not available for your dates.

“Ideal family holiday, can't wait to return!”
Our holiday was booked and we had good communication with (owner) Kathy from the start with our requests for a cot, high chair and she even arranged our transfers (from/to Arrecife airport). Arriving at Bristol Airport we had a nightmare 26 hour delay with Easyjet. We are 2 families including 4 kids in tow (2 under 3) which is stressful enough without the hassle of delays however we had one thing less to sort, as following a quick text conversation with Kathy she rearranged the transfers for us to the next day (and within 5 minutes of collecting our luggage at Arrecife airport we were in the minibus and on our way to the villa) The villa was spacious with all the mod cons (including SMART TV and wifi) the kitchen was well equipped and even included plastic dining ware (which was ideal for our 2 youngest) There were 2 eating areas consisting of a large dining table inside and patio table outside with the added bonus of 2 inside seating areas as we were a party of 8 and there was never a time where we felt "on top of one another!" The men of the party were extremely happy with the pool and ping pong table and all the adults thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub used all but one evening! Our kids loved the pool and was plenty big enough for all of us in at one time with inflatables. We were provided with parasols and beach/pool towels - so we only took the kids one’s with us which saved even more luggage space! The prearrival instructions included the offer of a food delivery on arrival which we will definitely be taking up next year (yes we have booked again!). With this in mind however the supermarket is only a 10 min walk/3-4 Euro taxi ride. The villa location is quiet enough for a relaxing stay but with the heart of Playa Blanca in walking distance. The beach was absolutely stunning even when busy - it didn't feel overcrowded. The sand was white, sea was turquoise and clear, you could even see the fish. The Recommendation for restaurants and takeaway services were fantastic and we took advantage of the Indian takeaway twice during our stay (first and last night - Genius!) For 2 families with school age and younger children this was a great location and affordable in the school holidays without the bustle. Kathy was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble - Can’t wait to go back next year!

I’m so pleased you took the time to send in your review and that you had a great stay at the villa , it was just such a shame you spoilt it by stealing 5 beach towels, 5 bath towels and 5 hand towels on your last day purely because you had to leave by 10am which by the way is the normal Check out time as your flight was at 7pm. But more importantly I want to thank you for appreciating that I went out of my way to organise your delivery of groceries so that you had something to eat when you got to the villa late on your check in day . By the way you forgot to mention the broken vase which you hid. For those people reading this response I have never in the 7 years I have been in business come across people like this . Please look at my previous reviews because people like this just abuse the system and the generosity of genuine people . Thank you

“Great Villa and fantastic holiday”
From the point of booking last May up to arriving at the Villa, Cathy kept in contact with me and provided great information and advice. Our family was eight people large including two children. Right from walking into the villa, we weren’t disappointed. Plenty of room for everyone with facilities to make life even easier. The pool area was great with the added bonus of a hot tub. We all enjoyed using this area. We met Mike and Karen who had to come out to deal with a small problem. Both were very accommodating. All I can say is the family really enjoyed the villa and will have great memories as a result. Thank you.
