Homely house in a quiet Residential area. Adult groups under 35 need a prior authorization to be accepted.
Masramon is a beautiful villa with its own private swimming pool of 6x3, with views of the Montgrí Park and 900 metres from the beach.
It consists of a suite and four double bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds and one with two bunk beds. The living room and dining room look out on and have access to the terrace and garden. In the living room there are two sofas, two armchairs and a fireplace. The dining room has space for up to twelve people. There are three complete bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The house has a terrace with a dining table for up to twelve people and an area for sunbathing with sun beds. The garden has grass lawns and native plants and trees. There is also a barbecue and private parking for three cars.
The surface area of the house is 175 square metres on one floor, suitable for up to twelve people. The surface area of the parcel of land is 1000 square metres. All the rooms have external aspects and afford plenty of light and sun.

Masramon is situated in the neighbourhood of Montgó, 900 metres from the beach of Cala Montgó and 3 km from the centre of L'Escala. This is a quiet residential zone surrounded by nature. The house faces south-east with views of the Montgri Park. To the north is a woodland nature area protected by the local council of L'Escala. Here you can find a path which leads from Mateua Island to the port in L'Escala.
Cala Montgó has supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants and shops.
