Description

Condo is in the most safest area in Miraflores, walking distance to the magnificent Larcomar in the Malecon de Armendariz by the Marriott Hotel. The highrise building is situated right on top of the various Beaches Circuit Area, which allows you to walk down to the Costa Verde that goes along the Pacific Ocean. It is one of the best views to the Pacific Ocean anyone can find, on the tallest floor, right below the Penthouse, it is normal to watch the Paragliding in ones or in groups from the large Balcony. It is very Romantic watching the Sunsets from the Balcony when weather permits. The living room has a Balcony with the Splendid Ocean View, tasty and comfortably decorated with a large LED TV/Cable and Sound System for your enjoyment.

Dinner table seats up to six people. NOTE: Available child high chair and baby crib upon request.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed/ master bathroom with bathtub/shower with a hair dryer, LED TV/Cable and plenty of closet/cabinets, it also has a soundproof large window with the Ocean Views. Second bedroom has a full size bed with TV/Cable and plenty of closet/cabinets with city views. Third bedroom has a twin size bed with cabinets. There are three full bathrooms in total.

Kitchen is full equipped with all electrical appliances and essential necessities.

Cleanliness and Safety is our Priority.

Laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron with an iron-board, the detergent is also included.

We provide a Welcome Kit featuring fruits and essentials for arrival day. Towels and Linens included.

Concierge is at Front Desk 24/7. Included is a one car Parking Space. Wi-Fi is FREE.

There are plenty of recreational activities, restaurants, beach, parks, museums, Pasteleria San Antonio at walking distance. Bohemian Barranco is at walking distance from property. Our condominium is on a 15th floor with a full Ocean View unobstructed. It’s one floor below the Penthouse. Doorman Safe 24/7. It is the best location to be near the most desirable places to go. Paragliding is in front of your eyes, which can be entertainment to watch from your balcony. You must experience staying in this property and will come back for sure a next time. There are plenty of transportation and Mirabus to see all the beautiful places that Miraflores, Barranco, San Isidro and the rest of Lima offers to all visitors.
