Set in the trendy district of Miraflores, this stunning 60sqm one bedroom fully furnished apartment features fast internet, cable TV with over 60 channels, queen bed and sofa bed, large lounge and dinning, Large LCD TV, CD player, DVD and magazines provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and complete cutlery. The bathroom is in immaculate condition and has a Washing machine and Dryer.
Located in Ave. Benavides 620 across the road to the famous casino "Fiesta" and 3 blocks from "Atlantic City Casino", 5 minute walk to the main beaches, Larco Mar Shopping Centre, Parque Kennedy with plenty cafes and restaurants, theatres, contemporary art galleries, 24 hour supermarkets across the road.
The building has front desk with 24 hours concierge.
Sheets and towels are provided at check in along with toilet paper, shampoo, soap and bottle of water.
