* Flawless Architecture *

The villa itself is faultless with a fully equipped kitchen, sea view dining room and ample open plan living rooms. Access to the upper floor is via a beautiful curving stair case. Here you will find 2 large double en-suite bedrooms, together with a living space with sofa and TV situated centrally between the two. Both sunny bedrooms can be considered as Master Bedrooms; all with panoramic sea view terraces are en-suite with the galleried Master Bedroom having its own spacious Jacuzzi bath. The bathrooms are worthy of praise as they are all beautifully designed, extremely spacious and add to the five star feel of the villa.

Back on the ground floor, situated to the left of the villa is a stand alone king sized en-suite bedroom that has been stylishly furnished, en-suite with satellite TV. From here you can enjoy jaw dropping ocean views thanks to the custom designed doors that open up to a central covered walkway

Central to the villa houses the main living area which is ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. This thoroughly well thought out and designed area with flat screen satellite TV. In addition there are large comfy sofas and a superb selection of movies that are appropriate for young viewing. To the front is the main living area that has further large and comfortable seating and opens up on the pool terrace and al fresco dining area. To the right is a sumptuous dining area that has been furnished with a large teak dining table.

The large infinity pool runs parallel to the ocean together with an entrance to the beach. The terrace around is the perfect size for outdoor living and entertaining and is a great spot for soaking up the sun and admire the perfect sunsets right in front of the villa each and every night. You will love having a beachfront BBQ at your outdoor living space and sit each evening watching the sunsets over a cocktail or two.

The resident villa staff will ensure the villa is kept clean and tidy while the Villa Manager is available to discuss your specific needs and help organize guests stay with activities, interesting day trips, massage and spa treatment as well as dealing with any matter arising at the villa. • Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
