Sunrise House can comfortably accommodate 6 visitors. The terraces provide a relaxing place to sleep, read and simply enjoy the beautiful view of the Loboc River and Bohol Sea. If you want to exercise, use the basketball/tennis court or swim your laps in the pool...or just veg! We have daily housekeeping. Cooks and laundry service are available. You are only a few kilometers from the Loboc river. Rent a boat or take lunch/dinner on one of the Floating Restaurants. Visit the famous Loboc Cathedral damage but still standing after the 2013 earthquake. The Tarsier's are at home in Loboc. Over 1200 Chocolate Hills await your visit! Go night fishing or head to Panglao Island for snorkeling, diving, jet skis and more. Jump on the Loboc Canyon Zipline. Listen to the world famous Loboc Children's Choir and Band.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Caleb (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
