Payment Information:
We charge 50% upon booking.
The other 50% balance is due 60 days before check-in.
We will charge the entire booking amount if the reservation is within 60 days.

Cancellation Policy:
We offer up to 100% cancellation if we can rebook your unit during your time slot, minus a $200 admin fee. If we can't rebook your unit we will work with you to reschedule at a date that works for us both in mid or low-season (May 01 to Dec 15 – Excluding Holidays).
Notes: VRBO does not offer in their normal cancellation policies our flexible offering. We are offering a 100% refund if we can rerent your unit minus a $200 cancellation fee.
Bookings / Reservations are transferable, we highly encourage you to reach out to us at least 48 hours prior to arrival to send the new person's contact name, number, and email.
