Description

Ground floor apartment situated within the peaceful complex of Port Royale, Tenerife. Our apartment is not far from the local beach. There are also a good selection of restaurants, shops and bars close by.

If you wish to travel further a field there is a Taxi Rank within easy reach.

This apartment has quiet surroundings with the use of the a beautiful swimming pool which has recently been refurbished.

Our apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances which include a hair dryer, iron, iron board, there is also a washing machine available.

Our apartment has 2 double bedded rooms each with en-suite facilities.

There is a sizeable living area with open plan kitchen area, dining table with chairs seating four.

For your night time viewings we have a satellite television with a good selection of channels this is situated in the lounge/dining area or take a seat outside on our patio area for your pleasure.

Air conditioning is offered for the apartment at an additional cost of 1 euro for 1.5 hours. We also have a safety deposit box if you wish to store any personal items.

Our apartment is available from 3PM on the day of your arrival.

Please ensure you are out of the apartment no later than 11AM on the day of your departure. If these times don’t suit they can be adjusted to suit your needs at the time of booking if possible.

I also have the apartment next door should you require extra accommodation this is very similar and sleeps 4. If this is of any interest please don’t hesitate to contact me.

“Short Break in Port Royal”

We enjoyed a few nights away in this apartment. Tony was brilliant with his quick responses to both the original booking/changing booking/queries. We arrived early and the apartment was waiting for us with easy key collection. The apartment is up high but we knew this and the views are amazing, plus there is a taxi rank a short 2-3 min walk down the hill. A supermarket is close by too and it's not far downhill to bars and restaurants, where there is a taxi rank to get back home later! The Italians on site had amazing food and we ate there twice. The apartment was very clean and looks exactly like the photos. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and everything was clean. The bathrooms were fairly small but quite adequate and the showers in both bathrooms were red hot and very powerful. There was also a free safe and air con (metered) and a washing machine in one of the bedrooms. The bedrooms do not have windows, but one has glass along the top so gets some natural light in. The patio gets the sun in the afternoon (Feb) and the road is a dead end so it is quiet. There was an outside storage unit with books in. The pool area was clean with free sunbeds/umbrellas (although lots of steps so I wouldn't recommend for anyone with walking difficulties). A very good use of the space and would definitely recommend this apartment and will use again. There is also a second almost identical apartment next door if you have more than one family travelling and wanted to stay next to each other.

All the mod cons, perfect. Supermarket 30 second walk with taxi rank just by it. Peaceful and a great Italian restaurant about 20 steps away.

“Perfect apartment spotlessly clean.”

The owner Tony cannot do enough for you and all information regarding this lovely apartment was spot on.Easy key collection and directions were clear. A late check out was granted with no fuss at all. Everything about the property was first class.Port Royal is a very clean and pleasant complex.It may be a bit far up the hill for some people but there are plenty of bars etc. on your doorstep, but you don"t hear any noise at all ! Very peacefull, relaxing holday but with plenty to do when you want to.

Response from the owner This is a ground floor apartment as stated in the description,with the complete front,double patio glass doors, no windows in the bedrooms, as the apartments are all ajoining,if there were spots on the sheets why did it take two nights to make me aware as they were all fresh sheets and towels of which the towels were coloured. I feel this review is unjustified going by all the others and return bookings that I have had
