Our two bedroom apartment has now been refurbished to an extremely high standard for the comfort of our guests.
No expense has been spared to ensure that you have everything you need for a fantastic holiday.
From this bright and spacious second floor duplex apartment you have magnificent views of the mountains and with a large balcony and top floor sun terrace you get the sun all day from sunrise till sunset.
Within its beautiful landscaped gardens, Cristian Sur has two split level swimming pools one with heated section and children's pools with life guard and free sun loungers. There is a 24 hour on site reception, cafe bar with pool tables, supermarket, laundrette, money exchange and excursion booking office, internet access and English tea rooms. Guest may also use the facilities of the sister hotel Tenerife Sur located opposite. Guests also benefit from our on-site management company who are on hand to assist you throughout your stay.
Los Cristianos Town Centre, Harbour, Beach and Market are within a 10 minute stroll from the Cristian Sur apartment.

On the first floor you are greeted with a bright, spacious, modern living and dining area with 43" smart tv which leads onto a very large balcony which get the sun all morning and has magnificent views of the mountains. There is a fully equipped top spec kitchen, newly fitted bathroom with walk in shower and a double bedroom with twin beds. Up the spiral staircase to the upper floor you have an extremely large double bedroom with twin beds and sofa bed and en suite toilet and wash basin and a further equally large secluded sun terrace with sun 2 loungers and 2 relaxing chairs & table for the afternoon drinks in the sun.the apartment is fitted with a safe for your belongings. We are confident that all your needs are catered for in our beautiful apartment.

“Ideal location for us as it's close to the bus station.”
This is a very spacious appartment on two floors, although the two of us didn't need the upper floor bedroom/bathroom. It's very well finished and easy to keep clean. It was great to have breakfast in the sun on the main balcony facing Chayofa and Roque del Conde and later in the day the upper floor balcony gets the sun. The appartment had everything we needed and the owners and their local agents were very helpful and friendly when it came to booking and checking in. We will definitely try to book this again next time we visit Los Cristianos.

“Spot on location for what we needed”
Our friends (who we were travelling with) own an apartment at Parc Margarita across the road so we needed somewhere close to them and this was perfect (we could just about see their apartment from the balcony!). Apartment as described by website and other reviews, and very clean. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars close by and taxi stand outside the HG Tenerife Sur hotel opposite convenient for going to Monkey Park and Siam Park (which the kids loved) and for heading a little further afield to Las Americas (again as have a 3 and 6 year old) but we did actually walk all the way back to the apartment along the front (with a stop at a bar or two on the way of course!). Andy from the management/cleaning company came to change towels and bedding half way through as we were there more than 7 days and had a good chat with him. Sunbeds are “released” at 9am and you did need to get there for then to have any chance of getting one for the day around the pool but we fortunately managed to. It’s a 3 part pool, the smallest kids splash pool good for 3 yr old to run about in and the main centre one was where most people spent time with floats etc and then the 3rd deeper one adjacent was were you could swim if you wanted as they didn’t allow lilos in the that one. There’s a drinking water dispenser machine next to the washing machines near the pool where you can get just over 8 litres for a 1 Euro coin so used that regularly. We definitely needed the fans running on a night as it got pretty hot in there (no aircon, which I understand is common) but there are a couple of decent sized blowers in there which, whilst perhaps a little noisy on full whack, do the trick :-) Overall we enjoyed our stay.

“splendid”
Paul & Lynsey’s apt. Tenerife sur……. Well, What pleasure, from start to finish. Very easy to book with Paul on the net, then Paul phoned to confirm. After almost thirty years visiting numerous apartment, hotels. This really was one of the BEST we have ever rented. My wife is a little obsessive re cleaning, however, NOT a thing to do. The apartment was spotless on arrival. A lovely apartment, newly refurbed, right in the centre of all the bars and eateries you could need. Photo’s on the web DON’T do the apartment justice to be honest. The Cristian Sur complex is a very nice place to be, lovely pool area’s with plenty of beds and no rowdy - ness as you typicly find on these complexes. We had an issue with locking ourselves out of the apartment one day, No money, no keys, no phones, Reception could not have been more than helpful. Letting us use phones, internet, getting in touch with the owners. A real professional set up. A few things, to also add to the niceatties, Great cheap breakfast/ lunch and bar area onsite. Also a lovely sandwich shop that do great English bacon sandwich. All in all, A great three weeks holiday, may 2022. Can’t wait to return, will definatly be retuning shortly. “Lovely apartment”
Just back from half term week in los cristianos. Apartment is very clean and ideally located for bars and restaurants nearby or a short stroll down to the front. Lovely balconies front (morning sun) and back upstairs for afternoon/evening sun. Always sun beds available round the pool. Great communication from owners. Whole process was very slick. Other info: €25 in a taxi to the airport €8 in a taxi to Siam park (book fast passes for the park!!) Booked a great boat trip via Moira fishing adventures (boat to ourselves and really reasonable)

“"Amazing Apartment"”

“Lovely Sunny Appartment”
We have stayed in this appartment before and are booked again for next year. With two balconies , one on each floor you can sit in the morning sun ion one and the afternoon sun on the other as the two balconies face in opposite directions, The owners are very good communicaters who respond very quickly to any correspondece you send them. Having stayed in Tenerife for our Winter holidays for many years this appartment is the best we have found.
