Description
Spacious Detached villa in South Tenerife with private pool (10.2 metre x 4.5).
This lovely villa is larger than the average holiday self-catering villa and is a home from home.
Three spacious bedrooms:
The master suite has a huge Superking sized bed and luxury en suite fully tiled bathroom with a jacuzzi bath plus a walk-in wardrobe and dressing room.
The double bedroom has a double bed two built in double wardrobe dressing table etc
The twin bedded room has two single beds 2 double wardrobes (one has a safe fitted inside for your valuables)
In between these two bedrooms is a fully tiled shower room with corner shower, toilet and vanity basin.
The large living room is well furnished with a dining table which seats 6 people. There is a large flat screen TV with 200 British TV Channels including BBC, ITV etc plus Sky including Sky Sports and Movies etc.
There is a also a DVD player and a selection of books to read.
Free WiFi in the villa so you can keep in touch with home or browse the internet etc.
The separate kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine and is supplied with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.
Outside on the terrace there are sunbeds in front of the large swimming pool (which you can actually swim in - unlike most holiday rental villas)
There is a modern patio table and chairs and a BBQ so you can enjoy el fresco dining.
The garden has a range of trees and tropical shrubs and there is a raised fishpond. There is even a lemon tree which fruits most of the year and you can often enjoy a fresh lemon with your drinks.
The nearest village is Valle San Lorenzo which is less than a kilometer away - there is a good range of shops, banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. There's also a bakers where freshly made bread can be purchased every day. There is also a Farmers Market every Saturday and Sunday for fresh local produce.
The La Florida tennis court plus paddle tennis and fitness centre is just a 2 minute walk away where you can enjoy a game of tennis and for golf lovers there are 4 courses within a 20 minute drive.
The famous Siam Water (the largest water park in Europe) is just a 10 minute drive away.
The holiday villa is situated in a lovely green oasis in a quiet location but within a 10 minute drive of the beaches and resorts of Los Cristianos or Playa las Americas, Tenerife. It is ideal for discerning guests who are looking to be in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts but within a 10 minute drive.
The main beaches are also about a 10 minute drive away making this villa an ideal getaway but close enough to enjoy. There is a bus service at the end of the road but a car is recommended.
The property is situated in a quiet residential road with plenty of on street parking

Response from the owner Pleased to hear you had a good holiday. The villa is great for a relaxing time which is why I have deliberately refrained from putting an Internet in. People can relax and have a holiday and have family time together (I've found it's a great excuse that there is no internet for teenagers) Plus as you say there are internet cafe's nearby when they really need a fix once a day. There is a bus service at the end of the road down to the resorts but as you say a car is recommended. The villa's pool is much larger than most holiday villas so I am pleased that your family enjoyed their time in the pool and in the villa.

Response from the owner I am pleased to hear you had another good holiday staying at the villa. It is proving very popular with guests who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort and have a peaceful holiday - but within a 10 minute drive including sandy beaches. Plus nearby Valle San Lorenzo is only a short walk away with lots of bars, restaurants, banks, supermarket if you don't want to use the car. There is even a bakers who bakes fresh bread daily. Yes, the swimming pool is much larger than most holiday villas and pleased to hear you made use of the BBQ. The terrace and garden make the villa ideal for eating and drinking outside. I look forward to welcoming you back again.
