Apartment of 120 m² very spacious, bright and comfortable. Completely renovated, it is located on a site 70 meters from the beach. 3 bedrooms (one conditioning). A fully fitted kitchen, also air-conditioned room with flat screen TV and sofa. The apartment also has a wifi connection on request. The 3 terraces allow you to enjoy the sun at any time of the Nietos journée.Los is a friendly and family resort on a human scale. It consists of a living room with air conditioning hot / cold, a window opening onto the balcony. In continuation, the living room with sofa bed (suitable for 2 children), satellite TV decoder flat screen for French channels and Spanish cable channels. A bathroom with bath / shower, toilet, hairdryer, Back kit. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, extractor, fridge, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, ... It overlooks the rear terrace with table, chairs and barbecue.3 rooms for 6 people ( a room with one double and two rooms with two single beds in each). A hallway with staircase gives access to the air-conditioned room and roof terrace of 75 sqm .You find it 4 chairs and a garden for sunbathing. WIFI: ===== on request when booking, internet 4G modem. 12GB / 15 € To park your vehicle, there is always a place a few steps from the apartment. By car or on foot, you can visit the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. The nearby village of El Rancho is 15 minutes walk with its lively center, bars and restaurants. For nightlife, Cartagena is 20 minutes drive. Romanesque historic city with its beautiful harbor, its stunning architecture and winding streets with all kinds of shops. The weekend evenings Cartagena comes alive with street performances around the place of Rome which is lined with the best preserved large restaurants.L'amphithéâtre outside Rome is here and is used for concerts . On foot or by bicycle, the Mar Menor welcomes you with beautiful beaches with soft sand and warm waters. Beautiful walks along the sea that span multiple kilomètres.Dans the side streets of the beach bars and restaurants serve amazing local specialties. The region is famous for its fish and fresh seafood. The sea of the Mar Menor is a vast lagoon measuring 27 km long, 9 km wide but only 7 meters deep at its center, which was making it ideal for families and for lovers of water sports, water is always warmer than the Mediterranean sea which is separated from the ground pin called La Manga del Mar. If you prefer the breaking waves of the Mediterranean sea, Cabo de Palos with its charming fishing port is 5 minutes. The Calblanque nation Natural Park with its rugged coastline and completely unspoilt, peaceful, with many species of wild animals is 10 minutes voiture.Durant the summer, a shuttle is available from Los Belones to beaches Nature reserve (2km Los Nietos)
