Description
Just 25 minutes from the new Murcia airport, this large luxurious villa sits on the shore of the Mar Menor lagoon in the very popular residential beach resort of Los Urrutias / Estrella de Mar with its beautiful well-kept gardens.
The spacious lounge and dining room offer fabulous pool and sea views. Kitchen with all appliances. The property boasts 3 large double bedrooms (one with 4 singles) 2 bathrooms, 1 large bath, 3 showers & 2 toilets. The master bedroom with door to large sun terrace also enjoys the stunning views of the Mar Menor
All rooms have air-conditioning units which can be used for heating during the cooler months, along with central heating and a wood burning stove. Satellite provides hundreds of tv channels (including sport) nd there's a wide selection of dvds, books & a Wii console if you want to hide from the sun for a while.
Excellent outside living space for al-fresco dining with a well–kept private mature garden. Own pool with electrically operated cover. Parking space for 3 cars on front forecourt plus a very large garage with 8 sunbeds, 5 bikes, 5 kayaks, 3 sets of golf clubs, 8 tennis & 8 beach tennis racquets, 4 table tennis bats & lots of other goodies.
Just 2 minutes walk to community restaurant which offers free access to swimming pool, childrens playground, tennis courts, mini golf, basketball, football, table tennis & volleyball. Watersports in abundance - windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling just metres away. 12 golf courses within 30 minutes drive, 6 within 15 minutes.
Car unnecessary as just 5 minute walk to 2 local supermarkets and a variety of bars/restaurants for when you're not relaxing by your pool or on your roof terrace gazing over the sea. The property has a built in coal bbq, and a gas bbq so you can cook meat & veg separately if you wish.

“Perfect for a quiet relaxing getaway in idyllic surroundings”
This is an excellent villa right on the beachfront with its own pool. We found it an amazingly relaxing week. The master bedroom has amazing views. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and main living area are really good, however, the wonderful gentle sea breeze was more than sufficient most of the time. We are definitely going to come back. The cupboards were all well stocked with food, milk, tea coffee, wine and beer all waiting for us on arrival. The villa is situated in a small village about 15 minutes drive away from the airport. We only went out for food three times and we found the local bar/restaurant literally a 2 minute walk away did really nice food. The local supermarket had everything we wanted and again was only a 15 minute walk down the road.
