Description

The UNESCO heritage house is located across the bamboo bridge. Stories and legends abound concerning this 150 year old house. It’s only a 5 minute walk or a 15 min bicycle ride to the old town of Luang Prabang. As a fully furnished and equipped house it is ideal for couples, families or 2 couples traveling together.

Response from the owner Dear Ken, i am sorry to hear that your stay with us wasn't to your full pleasure. Normally we assist with all kind of problems. Thats' why we provide our phone numbers and mail and we encourage our guests to contact us, so we can help arranging all sorts of excursions. I have send you a couple of mails before your checkin and also during your stay to which i didn't received any answer. The phone numbers we provide are correct, i have just double checked them and i have no idea what went wrong. The only number that didn't work at that time was the one of Holger, because he was i Bangkok for medical treatment. That's why he sent you mails form hospital, to check if everything is going well. Also he wanted to make an arrangement concerning the check-out. It was the very first time in 5 years that we had guests that didn't checked out properly but just leave the house and that unlocked, all doors open. We provide 4 bicycles for our guests, of which one is missing now. Regards Alounsavath

How do damage deposits work?
