First of all... WELCOME to My Condo unit. Please take note of the following;

-Check in 2pm, Check out 12noon any adjustments depends on availability.

-Linens and towels are all provided - will be checked upon check out.

-Need a copy of passport/valid ID upon arrival as required by condo admin for security purposes. Complete details regarding the property location, how to get there and house manual will be provided once booking is confirmed.

-No cleaning charges upon booking so please practice "CLEAN AS YOU GO".

NO SMOKING inside the room

NO more than the number of people as agreed

NO visitors unless agreed beforehand, with list provided

The Amenities access is on the 2nd Floor and you'll have to enjoy all as what I am entitled to as a unit owner.
