Fully self contained top storey of house with separate access, own balcony with beautiful bay and ocean views. Swim at Malabar beach or ocean pool Easy access to many beautiful bays and beaches and National Park walks.

Spacious living area with well equipped kitchen, large bedroom with queen size bed,TV and large built-in wardrobe, modern bathroom. Just a minute walk to the bus stop, close to Maroubra and Coogee beaches, and 14 km to airport. We are in a quiet location within walking distance to cafes, restaurants parks, and fabulous golf clubs.

Malabar is a coastal suburb situated around Long Bay. Malabar is mostly residential, but with large plots of land devoted to the Randwick Golf Course,and parks. A small group of shops is located at Prince Edward Street, close to the intersection with Anzac Parade.

Only a 5 minute walk to the beach, coffee shops, parks, Golf club, and Leagues club.

Malabar offers snorkeling, surfing, boat ramps, fishing, wonderful ocean rock pool, churches, children's playground, and amazing mainly boardwalk around Malabar Headland to Maroubra Beach.

Malabar is one of the last of Sydney's beach side suburbs to retain it's originality. It has a village feel, yet moments away from everything.

Bus stop is a minute walk from the house which connects to the Light Rail to the city centre. There are further bus options 10 minutes walk away on Anzac Parade.

As required by guest We respect guests privacy but we are always available by messaging, phone call or on site as we live downstairs in the property. Guest apartment is on the top storey and is completely independent.

How do damage deposits work?
