Live like a true local while visiting Malaga! Choosing the right location can make your experience in Malaga an unforgettable one.
This elegant luxury apartment is strategically located next to Malaga's Cathedral and the Roman Theatre. The proximity to La Malagueta also makes it very easy to get our local beach! The boutiques from Calle Larios, the Picasso and Thyssen Museums (and the Pompidou, opening in 2015), the Echegaray and Cervantes Theaters, and the Muelle 1 (piers next to the sea) with its restaurants and shops are just minutes away by foot from Cister.
Situated on a second floor, as you can see from the pictures the building is new and marvelous with marble stairs and columns as well as a large inner patio which allows you to rest without any street noises. The Apartment offers the comforts of modern amenities in a classic and traditional old quarter building.
The property is 60 m2 and decorated with stylish contemporary design furniture and its walls feature art work from local artists.
The dinning area and the living room are cozy and homey at the same time: a comfortable designer sofa bed and armchair, a 32” flat screen TV, a custom made dinning wooden table with 4 chairs… everything is there to make you feel at home! You can sit there and just enjoy the beauty of the design of the room.
The kitchen area is elegant and fully equipped: all electric, it features ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dish washer, washing machine and also an iron and iron board. You can't say that there is something missing here!
The bedroom and the en-suite bathroom follow the elegant and stylish feel of the rest of the apartment. It has a new and extremely comfortable queen size bed; the closet is spacious and has a safe box. The bathroom is elegantly made with marble and has a bathtub with shower,bidet and even a towel warmer.
The whole apartment is provided with central air conditioning / heating unit and wireless internet access.
IMPORTANT - No refunds will be issued over neighborhood activities(local celebrations), construction work, parties or loud noises caused by non guests or properties (should this happen pease let us know so we can call the police ourselves), street noise, no street parking or road closures. If we are made aware of such an event in advance, you will be contacted as soon as possible. We are not responsible for those activities.
We will only accept people under 21 years old if they are accompanied by an adult.
WE NEED ALL OF YOU SHOW US YOUR PASSPORTS OR ID AT YOUR ARRIVAL OR SEND US BY MAIL PRIOR YOUR ARRIVAL FOR A FASTER CHECK IN.
Check-in starts at 15:00 (flexible) and check-out at 11:00 (flexible) the latest. Early arrivals and late departures can be requested before arrival by contacting previously and confirming with the manager. Arrivals after 23.00 have an extra charge of 15.00 € and after 00,00 h it's 25.00 €

“Perfect for two, location couldn't be bettered”
The location of the apartment is perfect. Like an earlier reviewer, we have stayed in Malaga historic centre several times, and this is the best-located of them all. Do not be put off by its proximity to the cathedral and its bells, the design of the apartment building means rooms look into an inner courtyard and we only heard the bells a couple of times. Main attractions within a few minutes' walk, and the port and beach about 20 minutes' walk. Everything in the apartment was perfectly clean, and everything we wanted was there, from soap powder for the washing machine and a dishwasher. Maria was very helpful booking our airport taxis and recommending restaurants...we didn't need to contact her with any problems throughout our stay. A perfect size apartment for just two people.

“Lovely apartment, wonderful location”
We stayed in Malaga for 4 nights to see in the new year staying in this brilliantly located apartment. It is positioned right next To Malaga's magnificent cathedral and as such us superbly located for all major attractions. The flat itself is comfortable, clean and well appointed, with most everything you would ever need in staying here. Despite being central the building is quiet and very secure. The photographs on this site are accurate so I don't need to add anything to describe what you will see inside. Our host Maria was great to deal with, friendly and very helpful and with all kinds of useful local information. As well as meeting us to settle us in, Maria left a very handy list of recommendations of ways to get the most out of your time here. A great find and if/when we return to Malaga this is where we will try to stay.
