Centrally located with all major attractions within easy walking distance, this apartment makes a great base to explore this fascinating city as well as providing a welcome retreat to relax and unwind.
As well as fast free WiFi, a/c and heating, the apartment has a Smart tv, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, induction hob, fan oven, microwave, Nespresso machine. There are marble floors throughout, Climalit windows and is decorated in a modern style with original artworks.
A great feature is the 17 sq m terrace for your exclusive use. Furnished with large sofas dining table and chairs and tropical plants it is an ideal place to take breakfast or relax in the evening after a night out exploring the great local tapas bars and restaurants. Floor to ceiling Climalit glass sliding doors in the living room and bedroom look out onto the terrace and make the apartment very light and airy.
The apartment is in a small residential block built to the highest standards in 2010. It has a lift and secure parking is available below the building at no cost.

“Fabulous”
We stayed here for 2 weeks June/July what a great apartment in a lovely area, very near to amenities but in a lovely quiet area, apartment has everything needed with a gorgeous terrace and very very comfortable bed would recommend it to everyone. Malaga city is fantastic and we will return
