Our place is situated in the buzzling Malate district but once you are inside, it will immediately transform your senses and give you a serene feeling of nature and garden embracing you.

Once you are inside our townhouse / apartment, you can frequent the hanging garden area and feel nature enveloping your senses after a busy hectic day from work or strolling. You may also conduct photoshoots in the Garden and hallway area perfect for civil wedding, wedding preps , birthday celebrations or just simply for instagram.

My Place is situated in the heart of Adriatico - The main tourist belt area of Manila. There are literally hundreds of restaurants surrounding it such as Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Davids Teahouse, Snow Panda, Upstage Bar, Gokizip, Samgyupsal, Mak Chang, Figaro Coffee, Cafe Adriatico, Korean palace, Salo, Bistro Remedios, Big Bang Cafe, Tongkeunso, Tanabe Japanese restaurant ,Hue Massage and Much much more. You will never run out of options where to eat your 5 meals in a day ! My place is 2 blocks away from Robinsons Mall Malate - the biggest mall in Manila. 20 Minutes away from Mall of Asia, City of dreams Casino, Solaire Casino, Okada Casino. 8 Minutes away from US Embassy, Intramuros, Manila Hotel, Ocean Park. 5 mins walk to the nearest LRT station. Many taxis are readily available in the vicinity.

Getting around

You may want to visit one of the oldest cafe / restaurant in Philippines whiich is the Cafe Adriatico, a little bit further is the Aristocrat Restaurant famous for their Boneless BBQ Chicken. 2 Blocks away from our property is the Robinsons Mall which boasts of over 2000 shops and restaurants to satisfy your shopping cravings. If you prefer a historic walk, you may visit the walls of intramuros and the iconic Manila hotel which is around 5 to 10 minutes drive. You may want to visit the Cultural Center of the Philippines and beside it is the Star City Carnival which are both 5 to 10 minutes ride as well. Further south of Cultural Center , is the Mall of Asia , which is another 5 minutes drive and this is one of the biggest mall in the world.

House rules

For security purposes, all guests are required to send a copy of their IDs. Small Pets are allowed however we require incidental deposit of Php 3,500.00 upon check-in and refundable upon check-jout. The pet must be potty trained otherwise it needs to be worn with a diaper and can't be left alone in the unit. Parties and loud noises are not allowed. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and bears a fine of Php 5000.00. Smoking is allowed in designated area located at the back of garden.
