Enjoy our fully furnished two bedrooms bi-level condo unit at California Garden Square with free wifi. The entire unit is fully aircon. The unit accomodates maximum of 6 persons. The location is very convenient for business trip or vacation in Manila. The condo is close to shopping Mall like Sm mega Mall, shangrila mall. Greenhills market, Glorieta Mall. Inside the compound has a restaurant, bakery, spa/salon, petshop,Laundry shop, Family Mart (24hrs open) Nursery school, water station etc, starcon gym fitnes located besides at the entrance of the compound.

Beside the compound has Atm bank/, defferent Banks like, BPI, BDO, Metro Bank is just a few minutes walk fron the condo and also Robinson supermarket, defferent restaurant, drugs store, 7 eleven (open 24hrs) Pande Manila bakery (open 24hrs,) Mc Donald, Starbucks Mc Donald, korian restaurant and many more.

A gettingt around metro manila, you can take taxi, trcyckel buss or MRT is just easy just tell the guard to call if you want grab taxi, or just go to main intrance of building and there is a trcyckel, jeepney to ride to show boulevard or you can walk to show boulevard station and take MRT or buss where ever you to go around metro manila. This is the fastest way to reach your distination like makati, 15 munites away from here.

Dear Guest, The key will be given to you by my caretaker Rina Montral upon arrival at the condo. She will be assisting you always in your entire stay at the condo. But you can always contact me at my e-mail or phone. Upon making your reservation please send your valid Id coz its needed to submitt at the administration of the unit. i want to inform you that the internet has a 300gb connection. For the guest staying for a long term, i have right to entire the unit to inspection but i will inform you before we enter at the unit.
