Ideal para unas vacaciones familiares.Tal vez el último reducto de playas vírgenes en la provincia de Málaga, pero si quiere algo de ambiente están muy cerca los puertos deportivos de La Duquesa y el famoso de Sotogrande. Al lado de un riachuelo con algo de vida silvestre, tortugas, ranas, crustáceos, pequeños barbos... La arena de la playa está al salir del jardín privado y la urbanización, salvo en temporada alta, es muy tranquila. Todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia agradable. Golf en las proximidades.4 piscinas, cerradas temporalmente por orden de la Juanta de Andalucía debido a la sequía, pista de tenis, pista de paddle, zona infantil, jardines, aparcamiento...Totalmente equipado para unas vacaciones perfectas. Wi-fi de fibra óptica gratuito. Smart TV. Alarma de seguridad en la casa.
Ideal for a family holidays.Maybe the last stronghold of pristine beaches in the province of Málaga, but if you want some atmosphere are nearby marinas of La Duquesa and Sotogrande famous. Beside a stream with a bit of wildlife, turtles, frogs, crustaceans, small barbel ... The sandy beach is out of the private garden and urbanization, except in high season, it is very quiet. All the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Golf nearby. 4 pools, (closed temporaly due to the drought, tennis court, paddle, playground, gardens, parking ... Fully equipped for a perfect holiday. ( Free Wi-fi optical ) Smart TV. Security alarm in the house.

“Excellent”
Excellent location, prefect for local bars and restaurants that are not too busy. Easier to fly to Gibraltar than Malaga. Accommodation was excellent - only down side was the hot water was a bit temperamental, seemed to go off at night time so no hot water late at night or early in the morning. I'm sure it must have been some sort of setting that the owners could change if required. Owner was very friendly and helpful, his wife came to clean and left a basket of fruit on our arrival which was very nice. Her English isn't brilliant, so don't expect any tour guide advice, but she was lovely.

Be sure that the hot water was fixed one day after that a guest told us. Now the house is re-decorated, new furniture and some changes to do ir more confortable.Hope to see you again when you wish. “Large villa with almost everything you could want in a superb location.”
Carmen met us when we arrived and gave us the tour of the villa, directions to local amenities and many recommendations for places to visit. Jesus' communications were friendly, timely and informative prior, during and after our holiday. The villa is on a large corner plot, safely fenced and gated which was ideal for our 1 year old grandson. The patio/outdoor dining area has a relaxing moroccan style lounging area looking out to the sea and along the sea-front promenade. The air-conditioned villa itself is very comfortable and has pretty much every thing you could need for a holiday. We had many pleasurable barbecues on the patio. We spent a lot of time in the 3 large, shared, grassed pool areas lounging on the sunbeds and our grandson enjoyed the children's play area. These were all well maintained. The villa location is excellent, with beach bar/restaurants (chiringuitos) in both directions every 150 metres. The up-market marina is a ten minute walk past 4 chiringuitos and has stacks of restaurants and bars,. There are 2 large supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and plenty of others within a 10 minute drive. We drove to Sotogrande and the border with Gibralter (20 to 30 minutes), Casares (20 minutes) and Ronda (75 minutes). The drive from Malaga airport was a direct and easy 65 minutes. The beach is very wide, clean and stretches for miles in both directions. We were surprised how uncrowded it was. The sea (although a little cold) was clean and crystal clear and we did enjoy swimming in it. All in all, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this ideally placed villa in a great location.
