Description

This is a luxury modern ground floor spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on a secure gated complex in Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain. which can accommodate up to four people. The apartment has a ground floor entrance from the road, but has an elevated position from the terrace, which overlooks the main pool and the gardens, with direct access to these from the garage underneath the apartment. The apartment is situated near the sea, between the golf courses of Cabopino and Santa Maria on the attractive development of La Reserva de Marbella (Phase 1). It is not part of the large Phase II development further in land. This area of the Spain is also known as the Costa del Golf, as there are some fifty courses on the Costa del Sol.

This current apartment is fully furnished with good quality furniture and fittings in traditional Spanish style with marble floors throughout. Each bedroom can be configured for a super king size or two single beds. BBQ is provided for al freso dinng.

It has remote controlled air conditioning in the living and bedrooms, providing cooling, heating and de-humidifying and each room can be controlled separately. It also has large walk in showers in both bathrooms There is a remote controlled awning to shade the terrace if required. It has a dedicated car parking space in the garage beneath the apartment.

Getting around

A car is by far the best way to get around the area, get to and from the airport, go to the beach, sightseeing and shopping. There is however a good bus service along the main coast round which is a five minute walk away. This service goes to Marbella, Fuengirola and beyond. There are also local taxi services available. The nearest railway station is at Fuengirola with trains to Malaga and the airport. This service does not go any further west than Fuengirola.

Interaction with guest

You will be posted keys by recorded delivery before you come, along with comprehensive directions from Malaga airport and local information, eating and shopping guides. The management team are very local and are on hand if there are any issues with your stay. Their contact details in Spain will be in the information you receive with the keys. Beach towels can be provided at five euros per person per holiday.

Fantástico apartamento. Cuidado hasta el último detalle. Buena TV, equipo de música. Buenas camas. Cocina equipada totalmente. Aire acondicionado (que casi no hace falta, por la buena temperatura que hace). Una terraza maravillosa con todo lo que necesites y muy grande. La limpieza es de Matrícula de Honor. LA comunicación con el propietario es prácticamente instantánea. Y Theressa, la persona que nos recibió, maravillosa. Nos explicó perfectamente. Si volvemos por allí, intentaremos volver a este apartamento.
