Newly-refurbished one bedroom apartment located in Puerto Cabopino, with sea and pool views, offering easy access to bars, restaurants, beach, pool and marina.
Just 12km from Marbella town, Cabopino is a little gem tucked into the heart of the Costa Del Sol. It has an excellent beach, a peaceful marina, renowned restaurants, giving all the requirements for a relaxing holiday. Cabopino is known for being child-friendly, with families returning year after year to enjoy what the Puerto has to offer.
The apartment has been recently updated to provide guests with all modern conveniences, providing comfortable and spacious accommodation.
The bedroom contains a king-sized bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fanlight, freestanding fan and a safe.
The kitchen has been completely renovated and offers electric oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The fridge freezer and washing machine are found just outside the kitchen in the entrance hall with lots of storage surrounding them.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, along with basin and WC.
The dining area comfortably accommodates the large dining table, seating six persons.
The lounge area has two sofas, one of which folds down into a double bed, satellite TV, DVD player and Ipod station. From the lounge access is made directly onto the balcony/terrace, which overlooks a quiet plaza and gives partial view of the marina.
The balcony/terrace provides more than adequate space for the four-seater dining furniture. From here there are excellent views to the swimming pool, beach and sea.
In high season the poolside lifeguard will allocate sunbeds and parasol for the duration of your stay. Coded security gates lead from the pool area onto the marina's quay and also straight onto the beach. As a guest you will have access to gated parking.
Our apartment is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not accepted.

“Fabulous apartment in wonderful location”
Apartment was easy to find and spotless. Everything we would need was there. Beds supplied in the nearby pool which has direct access to the beach. Really grateful for all Pauline's assistance. Right in the heart of the Marina. Great restaurants and beach. Bus stops just up the road if you want to venture out.

Situated in a quiet valley at the back of idyllic Marina and beach with a wide choice of restaurants and bars. This well equipped apartment, is in a ideal location within this traditional and modern complex,which also had a good choice of restaurant and bars which suit both couples and families alike .This high quality apartment is very spacious is very well maintained by the owners and lacks nothing in facilities, with beautiful views across the Marina and pool to the Mediterranean beyond .Enjoy and relax with the beautiful boardwalk and walks across the nearby nature reserves and beaches you will not be disappointed
