Description

El Mayoral Marbella is situated at the quiet part of the boulevard in Marbella. From the apartment - which is located on the fifth floor - you have amazing seaviews and moreover you hear the waves all the time. If you look the other way you have beautiful views over the mountain. The apartment has been partly refurbished in 2015.El Mayoral Marbella is located 10 meters from the beach, the supermarket is a 50 meter walk, the busstop is a less than 50 meter walk. The Old Town is just opposite the street. Restaurants are within a short walk (50 meter). We have made a selection of nice and good priced restaurants for you. You can rent a bike at Marbella Bike which is next to our building.Under the building there is a private parking place available which is quite special in the centre of Marbella. In case you come without a car the busstop is a 50 meters walk from the apartment. An airport pick up can be arranged for you upon request by our Swedish property manager. There are two swimming pools, one of them is located on the roof top with amazing seaviews (April 1-October 31). Sunbeds are available for free at both pools. There are also toilets. There are beachtowels in the apartement you can use. The terrace is with glass windows, the upper side can be opened completely to enjoy the sun and the sound of the waves.There is a children's playground next to the building, children's toys are in the apartment. A cot/highchair can be arranged through our property manager. Opposite the building (at the boulevard) there are typical Spanish sports equipments.Peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. Kindly requested to take this into account.A quote from a recent advertisement from a broker: "The apartment is located in one of the most emblematic and demanded buildings of Marbella in a prime location on the beachfront and with private access to the promenade and beach. The building has two stunning pools, one on the ground floor and other in a communal roof from where you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the nearby fishing and sporting ports and mountains.The building is perfectly located to enjoy the beach and all city ​​services at a walking distance . The property comes with a parking space included in the price". The apartment is located next to Hotel Fuerte Miramar/Amare Beach Hotel.

We appreciate your feedback, especially as we had intensive contact before your visit re the surprise for your husband's birthday. At your request we advised nice restaurants and a dinner trip on a boat. We hope we contributed to a special day for your husband. Re the damage deposit we need to explain as follows: Holiday Lettings normally charges the 200 euro damage deposit in the total invoice, which you receive as a quote. However, we thought it would be more friendly to pay upon arrival and receive the deposit back upon departure instead of paying months before you are having your actual holidays (at the moment of booking) and receiving the deposit back from HL weeks after departure. This information can be found on the website (owner notes). ? Re the parking garage: lights light up when you drive down. We are very happy to have a parking space in the center of Marbella, which we can offer to our guests for free, as public parking is sparse. Everything in the apartment is for the guests' use also the newly packaged quilts. They were bought this summer and therefore still packed. As the apartment is refurbished in 2015 all linen/towels etc. are new as from then.

“Fantastic location!”

We visited Marbella for a few days in April/May 2015 and stayed in this apartment. The location is absolutely fantastic! Right on the beautiful promenade, next to the beach and a few minutes from the old town. The busstop, loads of bars, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and was clean. It felt like home! I thought it was great that there were parasols and beach chairs we could use. The apartment has two!! swimming pools. One is located on the roof with a spectacular view! I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends!
