SPECIAL OFFER: 3 bedroom apartment at 2 bedroom rate.

Situated in a tranquil residential development which has a swimming pool and is set in lovely gardens, this spacious three bed-roomed apartment is close to all amenities. The famous Marbella 'micro-climate' (cooler in summer and warmer in winter) ensures that this is a perfect holiday location.

The apartment, with the stunning La Concha mountain forming the back drop and a short distance (2K) from the sea, is ideally located for a variety of activities. It is close to the excellent facilities of Marbella (3K) and Puerto Banús (7k) and 35 minutes’ drive from the airport at Málaga.

The ground floor apartment is air conditioned with marble flooring throughout. All rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished.

A spacious lounge, equipped with WiFi, TV (UK channels only), DVD player and stereo, opens on to a large terrace and small private garden. The separate kitchen is well equipped.

The master bedroom (which has an en-suite bathroom) also opens onto the terrace. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds. In one of these bedrooms, the beds can zip together to form a king size bed. One of the two sofas in the large living room is a sofa bed, suitable for one adult or two children.

The apartment is suitable for those with restricted mobility though, as the lift is quite small and our door frames are the old standard width, wheelchair users may not find it suitable. There are steps up to the pool area so please be aware of this in case it is an issue for you. Please check with us if in any doubt.

Privacy Statement: Please note that we are obliged to supply the police in Marbella with passport details and date of stay for each guest over 16 years of age.

We are also obliged by the Local Authorities to keep guest information (name, address, rental and invoice details) on file for three years after which it is destroyed.

Getting around

While some of our clients depend on public transport and taxis, as we often do ourselves, most do rent a car. There is a local bus service close to the apartment though this service while regular is infrequent. However there is a good bus service on the main road, 1.5 k from the apartment, with routes not only serving the Marbella area, but also San Pedro and Estapona. Buses to other areas in Andalucia and further afield depart from the bus station. Of course there are also plenty of taxis available and when at the apartment, should you phone for one, you could expect it to arrive in less than 10 minutes. How do damage deposits work?
