Located in the Skol building on Marbella promenade, this self catering apartment is ideal for your holiday.
This beautiful 8th floor apartment has recently been refurbished and redecorated with very good standards and a modern touch
2 bedrooms (with 2 single beds each) 1 bathroom (with small bath) open plan kitchen (look out at the sea whilst cooking or washing up), terrace (for sunbathing and al fresco dining), large living room with 2 sofas (for relaxing whilst looking out at the sea) and all this with views towards the Mediterranean, Africa, Gibraltar and Tangier from living area AND to the mountains from bedroom.

The whiteness of it all enlightens the beautiful Mediterranean light.
Skol Building is an archifamous holiday spot in Marbella right in the town centre on the front line of the beach.
The public park is at the doorstep, as well as the promendade with its bars and restaurants, and the beach.

“Amazing apartment.”
The most perfect little apartment. Perfect for family's and couples alike! Couldn't beat the location - right down the front, very central. Cannot recommend enough.
