Rick Tews Martial Arts Therapy & Training Resort offers well-rounded programs for women and men, where you can exercise daily habits into becoming a natural way of life. Learn Martial Arts, eat healthy, work out every day and develop Personal Success skills to realize Fulfillment and the power to Take Action upon your goals. This is a private group Mind, Body, and Spirit training program at our Beach Resort on Ko Samui.
The Resort has several private rooms, shared rooms and you can upgrade to private villa. There is a swimming pool, and several indoor & outdoor relax and lounge areas. Students staying at the center have access to a common shared kitchen. We have WiFi internet throughout the facility that works in all of the rooms.
The main training areas for this program are the grass, beach, indoor studio, and the outdoor open air dojo. Each center has both hard and soft floors and equipped with martial arts and fitness gear. In addition, the indoor studio room has mirrors and the outdoor dojo has core fitness equipment like kettlebells.
Throughout the facilities you will find several areas that are equipped as a personal training area for training, fitness, yoga, stretching, meditation, reading, socializing or just relaxing in a hammock.
It is only a five minutes walking to the local beach.
Training is included in the rates. Minimum program duration is 1 week and training participation is mandatory.
