The best located apartment in the heart of Marrakech, situated in a new building.

The New Town and Medina are within walking distance, exceptional!

Each room equipped with air-conditioning and heating (top aircon LG, type art cool)

.To relax after long days walking in Marrakech, you can enjoy a quiet pool, clean, relaxing and safe. Located 350 meters from the residence, it has a separate pool for children. Towels, sunbeds, parasols and mattresses are provided. Entrance to pay, 1 day free with reservation for more than 5 days.

Our apartment is situated in the golden triangle of the city, in the heart of Guéliz area. Close to the famous 'Djemaa El Fna Square' (about 10 minutes) and close shopping and other amenities : Coffee shops and Restaurants, Banks, Markets, Tourist Office, Night Clubs, Luxury stores, Cinemas.....etc. You will discover the "Life of Marrakech" within 100 meters from your apartment.

Gueliz is the européan quarter of Marrakech and the heart of the city. The accommodation is private but it is still in the centre of the liveliness of Marrakech (trendy restaurants, bars, pubs, banks, shops with luxury items...)

Response from the owner bonjour bizarre que tu trouve le muezzin à moins de 30 metres parceque le mosqee le plus proche c'est à min 200 m et il y a des mosqees partout au maroc. Donc le muezzin à moins de 30 m ce n'est pas vrai.En plus,Il n y a pas de fuite dans une des toilettes mais en haut d'une toilet ou se trouve le chauffe d'eau il y a une petite fuite dans le chauffe d'eau qui est réparer entretemps; Pour le store ca c'est vrai il y a une qui ne fonctione pas pour l'instant mais il y a un rideau aussi ! C'est vrai l'appart et conforme à lannonce. Merci
