Brand new apartment, completed in 2015 perfect for self-catering holidays!

Comfortable accommodation with 3 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathroom rooms.

My place is located on Avenue Moulay Rachid ( previously know as Miramar), close to restaurants, banks, pharmacy, cafes, beach, family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location and the people. My place is perfect for for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

This property is located on the first floor, and includes bedding, towels, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, cooker, plates, cutlery, cups, mugs, etc! There is three bedroom that includes one en suite.

Martil is a rapidly growing into a modern beach town with a broad mountain view and a long corniche paralleled by streets full of cafes, ice-cream shops and restaurants. It has year-round weekend visitors, and heaves in the summer. Martil beach is considered the Norths most sought over beach due to its on-the-beach location, nightlife, shopping amenities and fresh vegetable and seafood market place.

Tangiers Airport is located 59 km away with private taxi bookings from door to Airport costing only £35-40. Taxis easily available in Martil. It's a 10-minute cab ride to Tetouan
