The house is located in the small green village, with a little of traffic. It is a quiet and restful zone. An anti-stress oasis, where you have signal on your phone if you want to, and where you are connected by free wifi in the house, and in the nearby restaurant . In the living room you have a wired telephone, so you can be in touch with the owner, if you need to. The house is seperated from others. Cca 100 meters is the Restaurant Nonina Konoba, where you can eat very good food. . The house is near the road that goes to the Merascica beach (1 100 m ), where you can go on foot, bike, or by car. The house is well equipped. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, a washing mashine and a tumble dryer, in the dinning room you have a tv with satellite channels, a telephone...In front of the house there is a table with chairs, where you can relax, while your children play. In summer period the temperature is a little lower and pleasant so you do not need to use the air conditioning. It is on you to decide. The location is perfect. You are 50 minutes from the ferry Porozina (48 km), 37 min from ferry Merag ( 35,9 km), 30 minutes from Cres, and 35 minutes from Mali Lošinj. While the ferry is near, at the arrival day you will come fast to your target, and when you relax you can go all around to explore the islands of Cres and Losinj, known as the Apsyrtides. You also won't have problems with car parking, because your car is only 4 metres from the house. It is ideal because there are not a lot of people around you, and no one will disturb you. If you want action, movement, than just sit in the car and about 40 minutes from here you will be in the new opened modern Aqua Park in the Cikat bay in Mali Lošinj., or visit the Apoksiomem museum. Not to mention the price and comfort you get here if you are a family, or group of friends. We are offering the chance to experience the islands Cres - Losinj on a new unique way, so you can relax and truly enjoy your vacation here. The price is for the house, and everything is inclusive. The house is ideal for 1-6 persons.
