Varazdin - 15 minutes drive
Our traditional, oak-built house has accommodation for a total of 8 people (2 double bed, ensuite apts + 2 twin-bedded rooms) . Each apartment can be booked separately - Stara Kucha 1 is the larger studio apartment with large ensuite doublebed bedroom, seating/dining area, a separate kitchen - £50 pn. Stara Kucha 2 is the smaller studio apartment with ensuite double bedroom, kitchenette area with breakfast bar - £40 per night. There are 2 twin-bedded rooms in the loft which share toilet facilities - this extra accommodation can be booked when booking the main apartment. Please see the details of 2 apartments under the separate listings, Stara Kucha 1 and Stara Kucha 2.
While fully renovated to a modern luxurious standard, , the heavy oak beams throughout the building speak of old world charm and history. The cottage backs onto an oak and beech forest which offers miles of walks past castles, vineyards, streams and lakes. From the porch, there is a panorama view of gentle hills and herds of deer.

“Mrs”
Jeremy and Amanda are wonderful hosts and even though we stayed for just a few days, we went wine tasting nearby, visited Varazdin and walked in the mountains. Glorious scenery and loads to do.
