“home away from home” I loved this house, so vibrant, quaint, and conveniently located. There is no landlord on the premises so we had all the privacy we want. Having a car helped since there are so many places in the vicinity that one should explore. I was impressed by how comfy the beds were and by all the antiques decorating the house. An opportunity to get a feel of foreign arts and cultures.

“On the Beach condo” Great location Beautiful view from balcony. clean comfortable beds! Would love to rent again. The couch in Living room needs to be replaced soon To much wear know cushion left in it. Enjoyed my stay.

“Great Place” Affordable cool place. Very roomy and clean. Owner very responsive to messages. My son slept on the sofa bed and like all sofa beds the bar in the middle is always an issue. Other beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen items. New stove, new dining table and new outdoor furniture. Only 2 negative. One there was no TV in the main bedroom upstairs and no outdoor faucet to rinse off sand from the beach. Allow time to clean up to be fair to the next guest :)

“Love Point Retreat” I stayed at Paula's property 3 times so far. We stayed once in October 2014 and twice in April 2015. Here is how I would break it up: Owner: Paula is very nice, accommodating and extremely responsive. She was easy to deal with, answered all of our questions and concerns timely. Property (Interior): The property is really clean and very well maintained considering its age. I also feel that it is properly stocked with all the necessities. Property (Outdoor Space / View): We spend the majority of our time there outside. The deck / backyard area is very well maintained and stocked with adequate furniture. We used the gas grill every day of our stay. The dock is set up nicely for fishing including rod holders and a light for night fishing. The view from the dock is to die for, the Bay is so wide and the Bay Bridge is a nice backdrop to the view specially during sunset. Fishing: Fishing is the best I have ever experienced (compared to all other rentals I tried). I caught numerous species from the dock including Spot, White Perch and of course Striped Bass (Rockfish). I caught my biggest Rockfish ever from the dock there (39 inch fish, roughly 30 pounds) in April. Overall, I love the property, the view and the peaceful surroundings. A great bonus for me is the short one hour commute to get there. We will definitely be back to Love Point for an encore.

“Lovely place for family vacation!” This spacious log house was a perfect fit for our first family trip to Deep Creek. We had plenty of room for our group of 11 people (3 couples and 5 single adults). Everyone was pleased with the accommodations. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. John & Kathy Joyce were a pleasure to deal with. They were very helpful from beginning to end. We had such a good time that we hope to visit again next year.

“Beautiful, clean home in a perfect setting!” My husband, two year old daughter, dog and I just returned from a five night stay at Red Run Cabin. The home, although nothing fancy, was beautiful and well kept. We generally always stay in cabins or condos when we travel and this was by far the cleanest rental we've stayed in. It is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, with the lake right across the street with easy "beach" access. Our ten year old nephew who lives in the area and came to visit loved the game room with bumper pool and fooseball. We also made use of the plentiful board games available and watched several of the multitude of older movies to choose from when it was raining. Our family loved grilling out with us (charcoal and propane provided) and roasting smores over the firepit. My husband and I spent every night relaxing in the hot tub after our toddler and dog had settled in for the night. The home does not have air conditioning (which I believe is common for the area) but plenty of fans that allowed us to stay fairly comfortable in the Springtime mid 70's weather. The kitchen was equipped very well, although it may be time to invest in some new knives. John, the owner, was a very kind and patient and you can tell he takes great pride in his rentals. Whenever we come this way again, we will definitely return to Red Run Cabin.

“Great Place! Kid Friendly” The condo was clean and well kept. Not many "knick knacks" sitting around- was great for young kids! Had extra items in the kitchen that were helpful and the place was roomy. The Balcony outside was long and the chairs were nice- not the flimsy white chairs. Great Location! We went next door to the Quality Inn and saw the birds and turtles at their inside pool. There was not much shade at our pool, so we put up our canopy one day and it worked very well!! Other people would bring umbrellas from the beach and put up at the tables. Very close to the beach and to restaurants. Not very far to get to boards and inlet. Extra parking on the street was easily accessible and always available (except on weekend days). Owners were easy to get up with and very helpful! Overall, we loved it and will go again.
