Apartment is 32m2 with separate entrance, Outdoor pool and a sun terrace, 350m from the beach. Apartment is on ground floor and has a separate terrace of 20m2. It's a perfect quiet place for families with children. National Park Paklenica is 8km away, and Nature Park Zmanja 10km. Other National Parks (Kornati Islands, Plitvice Lakes and Krka Waterfalls) are less then 100km away. A lot of bicycle tracks for mountain bikes and beautiful landscape for road bikes. Mountain Velebit is only 10 km from the house.

“Zrmanja trail weekend”
Great accomodation and pool especially for kids :) Owners too, very helpful. Good location if you want to make trips to Paklenica, river Zrmanja, Zadar region and so on.

“The place is looking much better then in pictures.”
The place is great! big pool and nice new apartments. 4 National Parks near by and beautiful river Zrmanja for rafting. Owners very friendly and helpfull!
