Villa Sonnenland 12 is a beautiful 6-bedroom property in the south of Gran Canaria that can accommodate up to 12 people. It has a large private swimming pool and a large garden.

This wonderful holiday accommodation of 634 m2 is built on a plot of 1300 m2, has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Enjoy the sun in its beautiful and very large garden on this 1300 m2 plot. There are several living rooms in this spacious house built in 634 m2, as well as large terraces where you can enjoy an outdoor meal or a barbecue both in the sun and in the evening breeze.

Villa Sonnenland 12 is situated in a very quiet location, it is an impressive house of great proportions distributed over 3 floors as follows:

Top floor

1 suite-type bedroom with a king-size presidential bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

2 Bedrooms with King Size bed that share access to a full bathroom with shower.

1 Bedroom with King Size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Middle Floor

Main entrance with access to a large dining room, living room, office and small toilet.

On this floor we also find a spectacular independent kitchen with a wine cellar and equipped with all kinds of appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine or dryer, as well as all the necessary utensils to make your stay even easier.

From here we have access to a beautiful stone staircase that leads to the magnificent 12x5 heatable swimming pool (with a supplement) surrounded by hammocks where you can sunbathe and a pleasant garden area.

1 Bedroom with two single beds, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and direct access to the terrace/pool.

Pool Features

Rectangular style, poolside shower, roman steps to access the pool, pool heating service (optional) with a surcharge, 11 metres long, 5 metres wide and 1,4 - 1,6 metres deep.

The services included in the price are:

Welcome and personal key handover until 8pm.

A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.

Regular maintenance of the swimming pool and garden from Monday to Friday and in the morning.

Basic daily cleaning, 5 days a week from 10:00 to 14:00

Up to 3 cots and highchair (on request) for children under 2 years of age.

Conditions

** This property is located in a residential complex, therefore, all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

** Guests must pay a deposit of 1'000.00 EUR to cover any damage that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after the departure and inspection of damages.

** Pool heating service can only be hired for a min of 6 nights.

** Late Check in available and on request entails the following charges:

Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30

Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50

Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80
