Luxury detached villa with private pool (May-October) and hot tub (November-April) for a nice relaxing vacation in the sun. Fully equipped. For max. 5 persons.

3 bedrooms (the third bedroom in the tower s accessible via an outside staircase and is beloved among the children)

Private swimming pool 9x4m with Roman walk in steps.

Private hottub (to be used ONLY in the winter)

Nature:

Nature lovers will not be disappointed. The Sierra de Espuña is a wooded area of natural scenic beauty. There are many walking routes winding through the whole area. The views of the valleys around Mucia are breath-taking. The highest peak is 1583m high and it can be very cold at the top in the spring and autumn. At the top, the “Pozos de la Nieve” can be found: snow-huts dating from the sixteenth century.

Beaches:

The beaches on the south east coast of Spain are considered to be amongst the best beaches in Spain. You can find here many different beaches and peaceful bays. Many of these beaches have been crowned with a Blue Flag that is attributed every year by the European Foundation for Environmental Education to the beaches with the best conditions and facilities. The closest beach is the Bolnuevo beach, which is only 7 minutes' drive away. This is a very peaceful beach; mass tourism hasn't arrived here yet. There are lots of peaceful bays and beaches to be found and there are also a number of naturist beaches. Bolnuevo has enough facilities such as supermarkets and bars and restaurants. The centre of Puerto de Mazarrón lays approximately 5 to 10 minutes' drive away and has a lively boulevard. These beach resorts and the rest of the Costa Calida are unspoilt by tourism.

Golf:

In the direct neighbourhood of Mazarrón there are 14 golf courses for your enjoyment. Each one with its own character. Some are exclusive, some are more approachable. Enough golf courses to suit every golfers taste. The large number of golf courses combined with the excellent climate makes this area a golfers paradise!

Good clean villa with every thing supplied ,good value for money great pool and hot tub .Would definitely recommend ,owner very helpful and replied promptly to all my questions .

Excellent villa!!! We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was large and very well maintained. The house was well equipped. Sonia, the house manager, was very helpfull and always available.
