“Loved it all!” My family and I had a wonderful time on our vacation this summer, and the main reason is because of where we stayed! Everthing was fantastic! We truly enjoyed the house, the location, the yard with the pool, and the proximity to the beach. We felt very safe and taken care off by your great staff and highly recommend renting from Abbey del Sol!

“Wonderful Vacation! Amazing home” What a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend hiring a car, there is a lot to see and do locally. We went into the town several times and enjoyed the local restaurants and shops. The highlight of our trip was renting a small boat with local fisherman for the day - he took us to Coronado Island where we snorkeled, beachcombed and sunbathed. A really wonderful experience that I highly recommend. The Loreto Bay community is very friendly, although it is an older crowd - 55+ but we had a fun time, being invited to several impromptu happy hours at local homes and enjoying an open mic night at the local wine bar!! A really wonderful vacation - I will be back again for sure!

Charming Mayan Bungalow 60 meters from the beach (Casa Cascada)
Playa del Carmen house

“Absolutely the best place to stay” I have spent more that one vacation in Playa Del Carmen and this is my second trip to Casa Cascada. In July of last year we went down to swim with the whale sharks. We had an incredible experience in which the owner of the home was able to assist us in booking the trip. Swimming with the whale sharks and then enjoying a relaxing evening by the pool was magical. The home, grounds, amenities, views!! are all spectacular. Our recent trip down was no exception. Very well kept and easy walking distance to the beach and downtown. This is a jewell worth experiencing!

“A wonderful way to relax” I have just returned from my second stay in Casa de Chilicote and I will return as soon as I can. It is one of the most relaxed, enchanting and stylishly bohemian places I have visited. The kind of place one almost wants to keep secret in case too many people discover its magic. Walking just 5 minutes down a sandy track one finds an endless magnificent Pacific beach where in February and March one can sip white wine and watch the whales cruising majestically close by whilest the sun is setting on the distant horizon. Sounds too good to be true. It really is a great place to be. If you are lucky you might also be part of a turtle launch when the babies, just hatched, scuttle enthusiastically but not always successfully, into the massive ocean breakers. It's no wonder they return every year to this simple paradise. And when the sun has set you can wander into the village if Todos Santos and enjoy some great food, a music festival in late January and a film festival in February. Jenny , the owner of the Hoteilto and the Casa, and all her staff and extended family of dogs, goats, horses and Sean the sheep welcome you warmly to their little bit of colourful heaven

Million Dollar Ocean Views, El Arco! Modern House, IDEAL Family Getaway in Cabo
Cabo San Lucas house
- 3 bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms
- sleeps 8
“Perfect place for vacation, lovely house to live” The vacation in Cabo San Lucas and in the house was perfect. We enjoyed the house and the ocean and water activities there. First of all, the owner is really nice and the property manager is really helpful. You can consult them for the actvities in Cabo. They speak English! The house is really good. Clean and neat. You can find everything you need in the house. We cooked several times. You can find what you need there and the Walmart is about 5-minute driving. You can buy food and grocery there. Also, there are two BBQ sites in the community and they are free of charge. You can go there for the BBQ if you've noticed the manager of the community. We did twice and it was really fun. There are gas grilled and also coal grilled. The house is near the beach and you can see the land's end and the ocean view from the house. Driving to the beach and the marina is convenient. The only problem with the house is that there are strictly two and half bathrooms. So two of the bedrooms should share the same bathroom with the door on each side. Overall, we enjoyed there and we would definitely go back to the same house if we are going cabo the next time.

“Dream Holiday!” We stayed at Casa Loma last summer and had an effortlessly reviving experience. This place is minutes (on foot!) from some of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto! It's absolutely clean and safe due to the watchful attention of a lovely housekeeper and regal gentleman gardener in his 80's :) !! The best thing about this place is the roof terrace with two levels of ocean-viewing bliss, two hammocks, lounging furniture, table and chairs and ample room to do your morning yoga practice or sip on fresh juice while sunbathing in privacy (read: naked). By the way, the kitchen is fully stocked, nothing special but absolutely fine. With the nightlife, seafood and tacos around town, you won't be eating in too often! But, if you do--Casa Loma is minutes away from the grocery store and many other small bodegas as well as a block from a cute, family-owned internet "cafe" (not a cafe so much as a room with ancient monitors and stiff chairs...which is good b/c you didn't come to Mexico to be online...right?) The design of the place is super cute too, with bright, festive accents. Chuck and Mary (the owners that you'll deal with upon renting) seem thoughtful and definitely knowledgeable about Mexican culture and Puerto in general. They're world travelers themselves and seem to earnestly want to make your stay great and easy. We rented a scooter for a few days and zipped around the countryside. I suggest you stay at Casa Loma and do the same!

Villa Mariposa, Stunning Beachfront Paradise in Tankah - Serenity Tranquility
Tulum house
- 3 bedrooms
- 4 bathrooms
- sleeps 6
“Beautiful Setting, Relaxing Stay” This is our second visit to Tankah Bay and it's pretty hard to beat our first stay. This was definitely comparable. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and perfect for what we wanted. The caretakers were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating for our needs. I recommend taking advantage of their cooking skills, it will add to your relaxing experience and the food was excellent. Everyday you can stroll on the beach, take a swim, snorkel and kayak. Everything is right there, almost no need to leave the property. Within walking distance you have the Manatee Cenote, I highly recommend, just go early because it can get busy. Also, within walking distance, you have two bar/restaurants. My favorite part of the day was relaxing under the palapa, right on water, watching the birds hunt and dive. The beach side of the villa also offers privacy with a patio and lounging areas sheltered by hedges. I'd like to give a special thank-you to the property manager who provided us with fresh eggs from a local farm when the grocery store ran out of them just before Christmas. The Tulum ruins are a must see, as well as the Coba ruins. If you are adventurous, you can climb largest ruin in Coba and get an amazing view of the jungle. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is, but, you'll have to find out for yourselves! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this stunning villa. A much needed escape from the gray and cold of winter.
