“Gorgeous relaxing Caribbean villa” Everything that past reviewers have said about Casona Palms is true. It is truly a Caribbean paradise, private, secluded, quiet, and absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere encourages you to sit still and relax while soaking in the gorgeous view of the sea and listening to the wind rustle in the coconut palms. The beach is kept raked clean by the caretakers, the kayaks are ready for your use, and the lounge chairs await you and a good book. The house is pristine, tasteful, and more than comfortable. Michael the owner provided us with extremely helpful and complete information on the house and surrounding area, including great driving directions. We enjoyed trips to the village of Majahual, quiet and lazy when the cruise ships are not in, but more shops are open on cruise ship days. You can occupy a table on the beach and slip in the water for a swim between margaritas. There is a great pescaderia that sells fish and lobster fresh off the boats every afternoon. Ask around for antonio the owner. We enjoyed an excursion to the stunning Mayan ruins of Chocchoban. We went on a day when the cruise ships were not in and had the entire place to ourselves. We spent a couple days with Nick Denbow, a delightful local fishing guide and British expat. The men in our group went bone fishing with him one day on a nearby lagoon, and our entire group went bird and wildlife watching with him on the border between Mexico and Belize. We experienced dozens of stingrays swimming past our boats and leaping in the air in the Chetumal Bay and were thrilled by gentle giant manatees approaching our boat in the river. I can recommend Casona Palms without hesitation.

“Wonderful vacation” We spent a Christmas week on the villa and received everything we were dreaming to have during this vacation - a spacious and tastefully decorated villa, very clean and comfortable; a big and clean pool, and an ocean - beautiful and relaxing. It was a great pleasure to have a breakfast on the patio on the second floor, to listen the ocean and breathe fresh salty air, or to relax in hammock during the day or in the evening. The small town of Telchack has few awesome restaurants with fresh seafood and delicious local deserts, it is very quite, far from tourist crowds and local people are very friendly. We have also enjoyed flamingos and other birds watching in the lagoon just few minutes drive, local ruins, ceinotes and Merida with its cultural events. This vacation had just one disadvantage - it passed too quickly. I wish we'll have at least two weeks to spend there.

“Magia = Magical” We just returned from an amazing week staying in Sayulita at Magia. This was our first time in Sayulita and it did not disappoint. Sayulita is a laid back town with a wonderful beach but not filled with Spring Breakers and overdevelopment. The town was full of energy and offers plenty of wonderful restaurants, street vendors and bars but the best part was having the best of both worlds at our fingertips. A short trip up into the jungle hills to Magia and voila, complete peace and quiet. Magia was one of the few places we've stayed which was actually better in-person than the photos. The wonderful-yet-subtle design and features of the home, the sights, jungle sounds and that view are hard to translate in one-dimensional photos. You simply have to experience it firsthand. Picture flocks of bright green parakeets flying past you, geckos chirping and you start to get the feeling. All of the amenities were well thought-out and you have everything you need to enjoy a quiet vacation. Cameron and Miguel ensured everything we needed was provided. The open air shower in the master suite added a special bonus. The walk into town isn't terribly difficult but we ended up renting a Jeep, which allowed us to explore outlying areas. If you rent a golf cart, make sure to reserve one first. I also rode the bus into Bucerias to get the Jeep and I found the service dependable and cheap. The bus stop is just down the hill from Magia. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in a memorable experience in Sayulita.

“We had a wonderful time in Mexico and villa areccife played a bi” We stayed at the villa areccife for a week in November of 2012. I am not a resort fan therefore we've rented a lot of houses in different places. And this is one of the best. It is a new, modern, well-appointed, well-equipped house. It had everything we needed. It is located in the residential part of the resort. When we stayed there only a few houses were built making the villa private and quite place. The villa staff is very nice and helpful. On our arrival despite the late hours (around 8PM) we were greeted by alex Estrella a villa manager, who also works at the resort. When we arrived at the Cancun airport late afternoon even though I reserved a car at Herz, thinking it is a respectable car rental company, there were no cars available. We had to take a taxi to the villa. Next morning alex drove my husband to a car rental place. Whenever we had problems with the villa alex was always available to deal with them. The housekeeper Diana was at the villa every day (even on Sunday) making it sparkling clean. We had a wonderful time in Mexico and villa areccife played a big role in it.

“Outstanding Vacation” This house was absolutely perfect for our vacation. We had 15-18 guests who slept comfortably. The host, Roger, did a PHENOMENAL job accommodating us with absolutely anything we needed, calling cabs, organizing restaurants, activities, ziplining, outdoor adventure tours, massages to the house, and fancy lobster dinners. Full staff on site - ocean views from almost every room. Literally one of the absolute nicest vacations we have been on. You will not be let down. I HIGHLY recommend Casa Azul Profundo. Again, thank you to Simon and Roger for taking such good care of us.

“Amazing Villa, Fantastic Owner” Just returned from staying at Montecristo. Only word to describe the villa, and Montecristo for that matter, is AWESOME.The owner worked very hard to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible - he couldn't have been better! The views of the Pacific are just amazing. We couldn't get enough. Start of the whale season didn't disappoint - saw numerous whales each day. The villa itself exceeded my expectations. Beautiful. Comfortable. Spacious. Pool and hot tub. All the appliances you need. In Phase 2, it's an easy 5 to 10 minute downhill walk to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach - which we went to most everyday. We utilized suite service a lot and it was very good. Usually took about an hour but no biggie - relax and have a cold beverage ! We ate at Cibola (the Montecristo clubhouse restaurant) a couple times, and it was great every time. Housekeeping was terrific each day. Don't forget to tip them - they really appreciate it. If you golf, the new Quivira course is a must. Unbelievable. We just loved it - amazing views from every hole. This really is a beautiful property. The villas are top notch. The views unforgettable.

“The Perfect Ensanada Vacation accommodation!” What a wonderful week here at the casita, thank you, Janika. We found our way down the "rope" to the beach, to Sharky's for dinner and to the Guadelupe Valle to Wine Country (very cool)! Coming home to the "ridge" was always the best part though what's not to like really, the views go on forever. Lets see, here's the top favorites: 1. Danny's roadside fish tacos, 2 for $2 - fabulous! 2. Wine country and the pie store in San antonio de las Minas. My favorite is the Pera Con Queso. 3. Margaritas at Sharky's and the talking with the locals. 4. Sweetberry frozen yogurt shop in Ensenada. Try the "natural" flavor. Way good! 5. Taco Tuesday at La Bufadora Grill - great people. “Wonderful place” We where two families of 13 had an opportunity to stay in this house for a week and we didn't want to leave. Myrna & Eric was very prompt to answer all the questions (1st time renter) and kindly work with us throughout the whole process. When we arrived, the house keeper was there to greet us with her smile and Alex the local manager to explain how everything was working. The house was everything that Myrna told us: a very big, clean, well kept, organized house. Everything we need was there so that we could have a very comfortable vacation. We felt very at home. The house is very private in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The backyard, full of plants and trees to please our eyes. The pool were very well kept and inviting so our kids jumped right after we got situated. It took us 10 minutes to walk to the beach or 5 avenue. Both beach and 5 avenue was amazing. We highly recommend this house to all our friends and other families. Since we only had a week vacation this time, we plan to come back here when we visit Playa Del Carmen again. Hopefully, the house will be available for us again. Thank you to all. You made our vacation so wonderful.
