Casa Maria is a Beautiful Luxury Two bedroom Penthouse (villa in the sky)The best location in Puebla Aida. 4 Communal Pools ideal for family holidays. Located a pretty designed village (Puebla Aida) which is situated at the top Los Olivos Golf Course. 24 hour taxi rank, Local Bars and restaurants, The world famous Los Olivos Club house and Newly opened Los Lagos Golf course are all within walking distance.Check out our local restaurant 34 mins walk on trip advisor Zia Lola Italian /Pizza restaurant. Euro Stars Hotel just 5 mins walk. Club House 10 mins. All linen including beach towels provided plus substantial welcome pack on arrival. Fantastic community during the winter month´s.
Car is a must and advised, ideal to see all of the local attractions, just 10 mins drive away. Ask about the coastal path opened in November 2014. No other owner has properties for rent facing South over the Castle Pool in Puebla Aida.
By car, local beaches 10 mins, Benalmadeña, Torremolinos, and Mijas Village 15 mins , Malaga, Marbella, Puerta Bañus, 25 mins, Gibraltar and Rhonda 120 mins. English Speaking owner Maria lives 5 mins way and is always available to offer advice if needed or deal with any problems that may arise.

The master bedroom has Kingside bed, Two sets of large mirrored wardrobes, quality wood furniture and luxury soft furnishings, Vaulted Ceiling with drop pole fantasia fan and flat screen digital tv/sat tv. Ensuite Bathroom with Jacuzzi Bath.
Bedroom Two has two twin beds, double mirrored wardroms, Luxury Fantasia ceiling fan, DVD,Sat TV and luxury soft furnishings and furniture. The Bedroom has its own modern private shower room with walk in shower and double bowled sinks and aluminated mirror..
The spacious hall leads in very large open plan:
Lounge&Dining area with Open Fire place and three sets of double doors leading out to South and West, Large indoor Dining table for 6 persons and luxury leather seating for relaxing and watching TV. The whole apartment is wi fi and has a large selection of music and reading material available. There are three ceiling fans in the Lounge area, giving fantastic air circulation.
The property offers three terrace area´s one for dining, the seconds for sun bathing and the third for relaxing in comfortable chairs. The property offers the best views on Puebla aida.. Accessed via the castle courtyard, then up in the lift to the top floor with beautiful fountain feature. Ample parking available out front.

The Apartment has a large patio area circling the apartment, South Terrace is for dining with all day sun South and West, the West Terrace is separated into two separate area, Sunbathing area and Covered outdoor lounge with bar and BBQ.

Four Communal Pool and Garden areas. Beautiful Walkways through this pretty village leading to the most amazing Andalucian water features. On the edge of the World Famous Los Olivos Golf Course. 24 Hour Taxi rank. Ample local facilities, including New Coastal Path,Horse Racing, Golf, Horse Riding, Sea Fishing.Dolphin Safari's. Quad Biking, Zoo and Bull fights. Puebla aida has its own Boulle area for those that wish to play. 15-20mins to Marbella 15mins to Benalmadena and Tivoli World for their Children.

“WOW...what an amazing experience!”
This was the perfect place for a winter break. Wonderful views from all directions. Sun all day long. It was like a home from home with all the luxuries. I will definitely be coming back.
