Description
The villa is set within a well maintained exclusive gated community with beautiful gardens, close to the sea with stunning views. Every window of the villa has either a sea view or view of the gardens. The villa has its own heated covered pool, a terrace that incorporates a dining area with BBQ and a relaxed seating area as well as ample room for sun loungers. The villa itself comprises three levels, on the first level, ground floor, is a fully equipped bedroom with bathroom and toilet. The first floor includes one bedroom, plus en-suite bathroom, a lounge, a fully equipped open american kitchen and a dining area. The upper level of the villa includes the master "Tower bedroom" with en-suite as well as another full en suite bedroom. The villa is within walking distance to beaches, shops, restaurants and bars and the main towns are only short car journeys away.

“Great Family Villa”
We stayed at the villa late July and early August 2022. It was lovely. Franck looked after us so well. The Villa was clean and tidy with everything you could wish for. Close to all amenities and would recommend highly.

“Excellent place!”
I highly recommend the place. I was here twice with my family and we would like to come back again. The place is the area with villas of any size and some of them are for rent. We lived in villa Alexander. Very comfortable, cozy, well situated and spacious. There are three floors with 4 rooms (bathroom and aircondition in each of them). The view on the sea is magnificent. House is supplied with washing machine, the dishwasher, fast wi-fi and all other necessary stuff. The second floor has an open area with kitchen, dining room and sitting-room with exit on the street and terrace with barbecue zone. For your comfort you can find personal and quite big pool outside. It was so comfortable in Frank's place that it was hard for us to leave.
