1560 sq. ft. Condo is in a perfect location in MiraFlores directly across from the Canadian Embassy. The Condo is spacious and plenty of privacy with two levels. The private rooftop terrace, family room and recreational room provide plenty of comfort. This is a condominium complex and only a few units are rentals. Therefore, this is a quiet, safe, and comfortable condo for you to enjoy your stay in Peru.

SPECIAL BENEFITS and features of our condo include:

1. Private Rooftop Terrace has breathtaking views of the city, ocean, and sunsets, 3 blocks from Malacon,( cliff side ocean view pathway. )Our Renters entertain family and business on the terrace. A glass of wine at sunset, sets a great mood for conversation and relaxation. We provide a GRILL on the terrace for your culinary enjoyment.

2. FREE INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS TO USA AND CANADA.. "Magic Jack Phone System" and provided wireless internet router allows for FREE incoming and outgoing calls to the USA and Canada. You are provided with an Illinois Telephone number that is routed through the internet to the Magic Jack phone located in the condo. You can continue business conversations,or stay in touch with family,

3. Excellent location, close to everything, but just far enough away from the congestion and noise. Because we are across the street from the Canadian Embassy, the street has plenty of parking, security, buses, taxis, and is well maintained. 3 blocks from the Paraglider take off area and Park Of Love.

4. Isabel, our apartment manager, and lives one door away, on the same floor. She is on call and will solve any problem that might arise. She will coordinate your arrival and show you around the apartment.

5. Vivanda Grocery Store is two blocks away. This is an upscale complete grocery store with a bank. It is next to the Herbal Life Corporate building. The clerks actually carry your groceries back to your apartment!

6. 4 blocks to Kennedy Park, 3 blocks to Ocean path, 2 blocks to Vivanda on Pardo, Across from Canadian Embassy, excellent central location.

7. Our Home is Your Home-Everything we can think of has been included in the apartment. We want this to be a great experience for you, and stress free.

Excellent location to walk to all major areas of Miraflores, Larco Mar Mall is only a short walk along the Malacon, ocean path. Park of Love, and Paraglider launch area is only 2 blocks away. Kennedy Park is 3 blocks where you can pick up the Sight Seeing bus. City buses , and taxis are only a block away.

Response from the owner The location is great. It is only a few blocks to everything in Miraflores. I enjoy the jazz club which is only 3 blocks away. Since we are across from the Canadian Embassy, there are plenty of taxis and the area is nicely maintained.
