Modern single-floor villa in an exclusive complex located in the Salobre Golf resort. This residence is a modern spacious bungalow-style villa, featuring a beautiful garden and a large heatable pool (the pool heating service is not included in the price). The interior offers maximum comfort in a cosy atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday experience. The décor consists of warm colours and a style chosen with great care.

The living room, dining room and kitchen, all benefiting from direct access to the fantastic terrace, give an air of openness and freedom. The pleasurable feeling of relaxation offered by this comfortable villa and its intimate surroundings will make your vacation an unforgettable experience. One of the biggest attractions is the large terrace, comfortable opened space with garden sofas designed to enjoy the spectacular views in pleasant company.

This is the perfect place for outdoor dining suitable at any moment as in winter can be enjoyed with our outdoor heater. Fully equipped kitchen, with all kinds of appliances and utensils. Really comfortable, modern, functional and spacious with outdoor access, this kitchen is designed to make you feel right at home.

Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and pool area. Every bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning, heating, wardrobes and a safe. The two bathrooms have wide and comfortable showers with convenient and functional access. A heatable salty-water pool, without chemical additives, a place where you can enjoy privacy in a particularly quiet area.

Pool Features

Rectangular-shaped style, stainless steel ladder and roman steps to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 8 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1,4 metres deep.

This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours.

One infant under 2 stays free of charge in a baby cot. Please let us know when booking, cot and highchair will be provided only when requested!

Response from the manager Dear Guests, Many thanks for your review, all critics help us improve. First of all we would like you to know we weren't aware of this. Building works started apparently last Thursday and we weren't informed until this Monday. Had we known, we would have of course informed you before coming. The usual procedure would be to move you to another house, but unfortunately, we did not have any available. As per your other complaints we would like you to stablish they are mostly for Par 4 Villa 23 which does not belong to us neither is managed by us. We have contacted James Villas, the touroperator you booked with, with regards to a compensation, as we are not allowed to contact you directly. We would like to show you our good will and although a compensation will not diminish the noise and hassle suffered, we hope it helps to understand this situation is beyond our control and this is not the way we work. Again, we apologise for all inconveniences suffered, and we are happy to hear you are still having a nice vacation in spite of the construction works. Best regards, VillaGranCanaria Customer Support
