Situated away from the hustle and the bustle of city life, Located in a highly residential, peaceful and safe surrounding Villa seven is a brand new two storied villa located in Walana, Panadura, (24 km from Colombo on the Old Galle Road). The villa consists of a plunge pool with jacuzzi seats, fully furnished living room and dining room, modern kitchen complete with a fridge, stove, sandwich toaster,microwave and cutlery, 3 bedrooms with A/C , furnished with teak furniture and beds with very comfortable mattresses, (Entire house accommodates 7 persons on 2 double beds and 3 single beds), 2 modern bathrooms(Upper & lower) with hot water, Laundry, a TV lounge with cable TV, a Motor –Car garage and all amenities that ensure a relaxing holiday in privacy, peace and safety.

5 minute walk to the bus stop on the old Galle Road and local shops ,5 minute ride to supermarkets & Restaurants(Pizza Hut,KFC,Domino's,Burger king,FAB..etc)

Getting around is easy. There are tuk tuks readily available .only 300m to the bustop, 5min ride to railway station/Beach, international-standard fully stocked supermarket ,restaurants, authentic Sri Lankan street food, Pizza Hut, Dominos Pizza, Authentic Indian Restaurant We provide transportation to and from Bandaranaike International airport (Katunayake) and Sightseeing tours to all tourist locations in Sri Lanka ensuring Guest have a memorable and comfortable trip around the country at a very affordable rate

Interaction with guest

You will have access to the entire villa and you will get your own key to the Property for your convenience. Villa Seven is close to train station and main bus station in Panadura. Property has 3 bedrooms and even if its a single guest we will not sell other rooms , you will have the entire villa to your self , with Cable TV, Fully equipped kitchen,Fridge,DVD,Plunge pool and full time Grounds keeper for security
