Tastefully furnished & very well equipped, this Rosa style Villa has everything to offer for the ideal family holiday. Set on the ever popular A sector of Camposol, this detached villa is not overlooked & has fantastic views.
2 bedrooms (both with air con) & 2 bathrooms, spacious lounge with air con, UK TV, & wifi available.
Pine furnished dining area & fully fitted pine kitchen. Glazed terrace & roof solarium. Large private pool with loungers & BBQ.
Bars & restaurants are within walking distance, & only 15 mins away by car, you will find various sandy beaches.

LONG TERM WINTER LET
The Villa,having the benefit of central heating,has both the comfort and facilities for customers to enjoy a part or full winter in the sun. The owners are happy to negotiate on price for anyone wanting to rent their Villa for a minimum of one month anytime between 1st October and 30th April. The owners will consider pets for long term winter lets, please do mention this at the time of booking.

In an ideal location, this villa has everything to offer. A glazed conservatory to the front with sofa bed, leading to a spacious lounge and diner, with 2 cream, reclining leather settees & dual control air conditioning.
internet Uk TV, DVD player, stereo, & wifi available for a small fee. Pine dresser & dining table to seat 4 (further chairs outside if required).
One double bedroom, being the master bedroom has air conditioning, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath & shower over. The second, air conditioned twin bedroom again with built in wardrobes & second bathroom with shower cubicle. There is also a mobile air conditioning unit which can be moved around the villa wherever required along with various fans, ceiling & free-standing for the warmer weather & full central heating for the cooler evenings. The fitted air con units which are AAA rated can also be used for heating.

“Can´t wait to return!”
What a lovely villa! I stayed here with my 2 friends and I have to say that we had an amazing time. The villa itself is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We spent most of the time outside around the pool, soaking up the sun. The views, especially from the roof terrace are amazing and we enjoyed watching the sunset from here. As the villa is on a perimeter road, it is very quiet and not overlooked. The nearest shops and bars are just a 5 minute walk away so we managed perfectly well without a car. We are already looking at availability for 2022! The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable.

“Lovely and chilled”
Had a lovely chilled ten days here. Villa is set on an open corner with views of mountains and open land. Villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The outside pool area and pool itself was very spacious with plenty of room for sunbathing or playing in the pool with inflatables and spotlessly clean. Because of the aspect of the Villa there is a lovely welcoming cool breeze in the afternoon which descends from the mountains. There is a few local bars snd shop within 5 minute walk or if you want a supermarket and a few livelier bars they can be reached in about 10/15 minute walk. Agent was fab, really helpful and was contactable throughout our stay if needed. Would definitely return here.

“Perfect from start to finish”
This was a perfect getaway for our family of 5! (2 adults, 3 children). The villa is family friendly but would also suit those without children, my husband and I are planning a trip back without the children! The location is perfect for a relaxing break of lounging around the beautiful pool. A short walk away is a variety of shops, bars etc. Slightly further, but still in walking distance, is a supermarket and restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend The Grove restaurant, food there is delicious and something for all the family. The villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival, and well equipped for our needs for the duration of our stay. The conservatory is a beautiful place to sit in the morning for breakfast and later in the day, the views of the mountains with the vibrant sunrise/sunset is a amazing. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and already planning another visit here for next year.

“Perfect for some r&r”
Booked casa Rosa for a week. It is a traditional spacious villa with beautiful mountain views in a quiet location. The villa is immaculately clean and has a large pool (also very clean) with plenty of space for sunbathing. It has 2 en-suite bathrooms, a large fridge to stock up on food for the week and a bbq. We did make use of the Tv and WiFi as we had a couple of rainy days. The villa is close to a large supermarket and some bars. Car hire is essential to visit beaches. We did have a couple of days where the weather wasn’t great so places like Cartagena, Murcia and Puerto de Mazarron well worth a visit. Nice restaurant called viggos in mazarron, very popular but great food and service.
