Neu errichtetes und sehr geschmackvoll, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, eingerichtestes Ferienhaus. Das Haus verfügt über eine Wohnfläche von 140 m2 und ist für max. 5 + 1 Personen konzipiert. Im Haus befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Es ist grosszügig und hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet maximalen Wohnkomfort. Die grosszügige luftige Terasse mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln sowie der sehr schöne und ruhige Grillbereich bieten Ihnen die Möglichkeit, sich zu jeder Tageszeit ungestört im Freien aufzuhalten. Autostellplatz vorhanden.

Der Strand ist nur 30 m vom Haus entfernt. Alle Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Apotheke, Bank, Geschäfte, Ortszentrum,...) sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.
