Description

This house has 3 bedrooms of which one is self contained with a large bathroom. The two other bedrooms have one shared bathroom. All our bathrooms have hot water . We do have a solar power in case of a power black out . We also have free wifi, cable TV(go-tv) and washing machine,and the kitchen is stuffed with all essential crockery. We provide bed line and towels. We value your privacy so its the responsibility of the guest to clean their bedrooms,while the host shall clean the shared areas of the home including the living room, corridors etc. We also have spacious gardens that can host up to 100 people for a party or barbecue. Our guests can use the facilities free of charge for a small party of less that 10 people. We shall charge a small fee for more than 10 guests. we assist you to arrange transport services ( at a small fee) to support your movements in and around Kampala, Jinja and airport pick up and drop off. The home is located near large shopping centers of Quality super market ,Naalya and Metroplex Shopping Center with plenty of restaurants , banks ,clinics, Saloons and a gym.

2)If you would like to smoke ,please do so outside on the balcony
3)Electricity in Uganda is notoriously expensive , so we charge a small fee of 5 usd/per day of use for the washing machine and cooker,payable at the property.
4) We do provide cleaning for the common areas of the house including the living room ,corridors and compound at a small charge of 5 Usd per day.

How do damage deposits work?
